The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, the room was well appointed and the staff was very accommodating. Also, it's location is the very best in Hua Hin, you can't get any closer to the beach.
In comparison to other hotels in the area, it's extremely expensive. If you want to pay less for something in the same location, reserve a room at the Fresh Inn Hotel across the street.

Room gave a view of the ocean and some of the city. The breakfast was very nice. The pool was attractive and fun.
Room was minimalist. Even though we had a nice balcony our view also included a demolition site next door.

The property location was great. Lots of good coffee, restaurants, and convenient to the night market and beach.
Staff were lovely. Pool was beautiful.
Food was also very good. We ate dinner one night at the restaurant.
There is major construction happening next door. This was NOT mentioned at booking. It went from 8 am - 5 pm. You could hear it from the pool, and our room was facing the site. It very much affected our enjoyment of the hotel.
We had an issue with the wifi, but when I advised them of it, they quickly brought a router for us.

I like the location facing the beach side and its accessibility into the local restaurants nearby
All of it however it would be best if they can control the number of mosquitos in the lobby during night time and provide mosquito repellant plants outdoors for better enjoyment of the guest during night time.

I Like the Layout of the Room, The Sapciousness, the BED is suprt comfortable, the TV is big and the channels are in ultra high quality.
The shower is magnificent, and the Parking is extremely good and secure with direct access to the Lobby.
I want to compliment the Staff at reception, Security Staff, and Restaurant Staff as well as the support staff for their excellence and friendly attitude, it made my stay very good.
The food and beverages are exceptional and well pricded.
I like everything as mentioned above and would return to this Hotel as the location is good, it has a lot of amenities and restaurants, and convenience stores next door. I feel that price wise for this time of the year it is well comparative with the competitors and the breakfast is good, however not as exceptional as i thought. Overall, nothing to dislike at all.

Great location, both right on the beach, and on a small commercial area with restaurants and shops. The pool is big, it was never crowded and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, the view is lovely. The hotel felt well-renovated.

It was located very close to everything, facilities were great and we mostly enjoyed the pool table, table tennis and lounge area (you have to extra book it and its worth it). Staff was extremely kind and helpful.
We were located on the 16th floor and there is a rooftop restaurant on the 17th so at night you can hear some live music and sometimes they were moving some furniture around which we hear. However it wasn’t too bad.
Although on the beach, we personally stayed in the nice pool cause of tides.

Mr Su, Ms Beer, and Ms Eng of the management and front desk teams were extremely professional and helpful. Mr Su arranged an excellent, English speaking driver (Mr Preecha) the helped me conduct my business in Hua Hin area.
The restaurant concierges are the worst. For example, they interrupted me at least three times on two mornings while I was attempting to eat and plan my day. For that reason, I changed hotels (moved to the Centara Grand.) It was that or have my simple 4-diget room number tattooed to forehead!
I won't come back to this hotel.

Impressive, common area was well maintained. The staff were very attentive. The breakfast buffet was huge and offered many different yummy choices. The quality and care from the spa salon Madame Chic was over the top.
I specifically stayed here for the bathtub. I wanted to relax before a long week. The bathtub was old and had chips and cracks in the bottom. I was on the 8th floor in the premium king room. I read they remodeled the first 2 floor rooms but I still would have expected the Hilton would have a quality bathtub in all the rooms. Other than that the room was very nice.

It’s right by the beach and convenient to commute around by foot. Staffs were very helpful and friendly especially they were so patient with the seniors. The restaurant provided delicious foods and clean. The rooms were also specious and the beds including sofa beds were comfortable.
I didn’t like the taste of the bottled water they provided inside the rooms…

I've stayed at the Hilton many times. The staff are always excellent, the rooms are lovely with great views and the food is excellent.
Having stayed in the renovated rooms previously, the non-renovated rooms are not as nice. However, my only real issue was the quality of the TV in the room. It was very old and small, with very poor picture and sound quality.
