I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is extremely accommodating and alert. The view is great and it's located in a great location that feels safe for solo travelers with quick and easy access to the malls, etc. The breakfast at Pier 24 was absolutely delicious with different varieties daily. The staff there was also very warm and friendly. I felt like I was leaving family when I checked out.

Our room had pool access, main pool good size with plenty of loungers.
Food was exceptional with great variety.
Staff at front desk very helpful and friendly.
Good location to bars and restaurants.
Will definitely stay here again.
Jacuzzi plunge pool outside our room we felt the water temperature was too cold for our liking; we only used it once over the six nights of staying here.
But it was no real problem as the main pool was only a matter of steps from our room,

breakfast was very good lots to choose from , room size was good and many tv channels to choose from . Pool bar was very good and the food there was very good and well priced service very high standard . shopping mall very close about 6 min walk , 7/11 about 5 min walk some nice little restaurant's about 3min walk . we used grab cars while staying at the hotel and we used the onsite tuk tuk as well both very cheap. But what makes the G Hua Hin is the staff wow wow very very good all of them , one stood out more than all the rest was the man who greeted us at the door and took our bags to our room he was very happy every day we seen him , big smile every day sorry dont know his name.
over all 10/10 we will be coming back to this hotel again loved it.
Signs that say cant reserve pool seating but a few people did and when i asked about this i was told i cant sit there its reserved ????? why have a sign .

Very Good
You get what you see. Nothing less - but it's also not overdelivering. The room and the balcony are spacious and they placed a cabinet in our room for our infant before we arrived. The hotel is on a 5 minute walk from the biggest mall of Hua Hin (for us a big plus) The mall does have a big and affordable food market - which is great with an infant. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They could assist on booking golf courses. Breakfast was a good 8 too, enough choice and well prepared.
The aircon was a bit loud and hard to get the right temperature (especially with an infant in your room). Second to that, the beds and parasols at the pool where almost up to a replacement. For food we went often outdoors as it was a bit pricy compared to the restaurants and food courts outside the hotel.

We like the location & the staff.
Also we appreciated the responsiveness of the hotel manager and the food and beverage manager in providing us with pork-free dishes at the breakfast buffet.
We didn't like the menu; it should have included other popular Thai dishes like green chicken curry, beef curry, mango salad, and papaya.
We also didn't like the closing time; the last order was at 8:30 PM, while most hotels close at 9:30 PM.

The pool area was lovely and the room was well-appointed, spacious and clean.
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
It was so nice to have a balcony - especially on New Year’s Eve.
The staff were able to prepare vegan options for breakfast.
The tap in the bathroom leaked.
Most pool chairs were reserved by 8 am each morning even though this was against hotel policy.

We had a fantastic stay at the G Hua Hin.
As a large family, the staff are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The pool and facilities were great.
All rooms were spacious, with great facilities and were kept clean on a daily basis.
The hotel is in a great location and is good value for money.
The team will help with anything needed.
Highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely be returning again.

Wonderful
The staff were amazing and very helpful sorting out some trips to the national park. The rooms were so clean and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the pool food was great. We always managed to get a sunbed when we wanted one. We had teenagers with us so it was a great base for exploring.
Just the view, which unfortunately isn’t the best, but I soon got over it
