The room is very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are a lot of free activities to do inside the resort. The resort is right by the beach.

Great freshly renovated hotel with marvelous architecture and landscape design. All the rooms are clean, staff is respectful and highly kind and welcoming. The variety of breakfast options was incredible and personal approach stays long time in my heart.
The hotel has a mini-farm, shuttle buses to the city center night market and a huge selection of activities along the day: Tai Chi, Aqua Aerobics, Tennis, Pickleball, Sunset Yoga and lots of others.
Their restaurants are also exceptional. My husband is quite a gourmet and I chose Anantara because of their cuisine options. Both Thai and Western restaurants made every evening special.
It was a gift for my husband’s birthday, and the team helped me to make it special: they gave us a birthday cake and beautiful room decorations. Thank you for everything you did for us.
I really enjoyed the fabulous palms on the shore. They made this holiday special: the wind, the sound, the sea… I’ll pay again to see this view. It’s unbelievable
Only a few moments:
Compared to other 5-star hotels in Thailand I’ve stayed at, the prices here are quite steep. I chose king bed a few months ahead the travel paying a pretty penny, but they asked if they could suggest me 2 twin beds right before check-in. Maybe the prices are high because of the high season, maybe it’s always like that. I don’t know
Both the ants and pigeons made the stay quite strained: impudent pigeons every time we had food outside tried to steal it from our hands, not only from empty tables. And if you sit outside while taking breakfast — be ready to fight the ants.

The location is very nice. The Staff, Mr. Game, was very very nice. His service mind was very outstanding which is quite impressive.
during the stay there were under renovation. Many workers around and it's considered not much privacy.

The Thai inspired Architecture, and low rise buildings were a draw, as were the beautiful lush garden and pools.
The whole property gave us a feeling of tranquility. There are 2 pools - one exclusively for adults, the other large pool is for all to enjoy. December is not a good beach month as the sea is too high. But there a seawall with lounge chairs and access to the sea. Buffet breakfast set out by the pool is excellent with western and asian choices. A noodle soup station, freshly squeezed juices, and eggs made to order station are nice touches. The staff are very kind and attentive. Nothing is ever a problem they aim to please. Our room was situated next to a lagoon... lovely peaceful surroundings. Bath robes were cozy, and the bed was so comfortable - always slept well. The room was large, well appointed and restful. We had access to the Kasara Lounge which was a nice perk - happy hour from 4 to 6.

The gigantic bed. The amenities in the room, including the capsule coffee maker, plenty of water bathrobe and fluffy slippers. The staff was kind accommodating an early check out as we were heading back to Bangkok. They prepared breakfast boxes and coffee. Which as very handy. Over all the staff is very pleasant, but perhaps can use a bit more training for a 5 star hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. And the property seems comfy for a relaxing holiday. Although it is a bit away from the city centre and will require a taxi at all times. I think the hotel has shuttle though. Not many resturants or cafes nearby unless eating at the hotel.
The original room we had was infested with mosquitos so many we had to ask for a change. The room was on the ground floor and also rather dark even in day time. It was a bit disappointing how the staff responded to the situation at first. We were tired from a long drive was already sunset and knowing this they were asking to wait one extra hour to change the room (even though was late enough to have rooms ready). They weren't willing to change until I was forceful and said I won't sleep in a room with so many mosquitos. At the end they changed. I hope not to have to got through something like this again. The hotel garden is very lush hence the mosquitos but as a property of this caliber, fogging and pest control needs to be a regular measure. Based on the response, I assumed this situation happens very often there it seems. Despite the property being maintained, the room can use a refurbishing as it's starting to be old.

The resort covers big piece of land. Big pool. Many restaurants. The room has been renovated. Clean and new.
The service staff at the breakfast. 2 staff men in makeup. They are arrogant. When I ask when the gluten free bread is, he just points the direction with a very rude gesture. Another one carries a plate with fruits on walking to serve a customer and he wants me to stop and give him the way. Oh!!! I have never encountered this rudeness in high-end hotels/resorts

stay three nights housekeepers not using vacuum cleaner although requested on the phone still ignore. while doing booking mentioned is Wedding anniversary but final show on the bed decoration Happy birthday.. laundry missing jacket rope and lucky i have been checked and asking assistance finally next day return.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in !
I can’t even describe how magical was our experience in the Anantara Hua Hin. Everything is well thought and in the details : the room, the pool, the services, the breakfast (WOW ?), the pool bar, the facilities (gym, games, library, badminton, table tennis..), the transfer to town in the evening… It was honestly the highlights of our trip and we still dream about it now. Will surely come again again if we can

The minute I arrived, I was impressed by the service, hospitality and delightful facilities. What a beautiful location on the Gulf of Thailand. Lemon who was managing the front desk was very delightful and helpful. I then had a 24-hour flu stomach virus and Ray at the front desk was so helpful in helping me be delivered to the hospital and was checking with me regularly, along with other staff to ensure that I was ok after returning. I will never forget this great hotel. The first question that hotel staff should ask is how they can make so happy that you'll return again. I'll return again to this hotel because of the work and service from this staff.
Nothing I didn't like. They even have a tennis court and basketball court.
