Very friendly staff, clean room. Kids love swimming pool including Myself also. I will stay in hotel next month also. Best for family with Kids. Very nice restaurant right opposite the hotel.
I like everything, no problem at all.

It was cleaned
First impression could be better, receptionist response was quite direct and rude. After a long drive, you expected favourable reply to guests request. However, request were denied and I end up with twin beds room with my spouse. Chat correspondence were very negative, requests for deposit were really unexpected. Drinking glass almost caused my hands cut with broken glass due to hot water. Maybe receptionist should be taught pleasant ways to welcome check-in guests.

Staffs - some of them werent friendly.
In room :
Toilet - the shampoo or body washed is so hard to press out, its like gonna takes forever.
*like the water pump as well, maybe too low for the pressure, the water is small and slow too( we stayed at 4th floor)
Hairdryer - only has 1 temperature to adjust and its too FREAKING HOT.
Refrigerator - not really a proper one, can fit only like small bottles of water maybe like 3-4bottles, too small
Microwave - No, only 1 at lobby.
The rest :
Carpark - plenty of carpark but sheltered carpark has really limited.
