location was in slight walking distance of a 7e. i although they have parking in front of the hotel, it is not enough for all guests so they have an extra open space parking area nearby instead so you wouldn't block the road & entrance. they have a lift for you to easily bring up your luggage but please be careful of the ramp. they do have a small bar that also sells cup noodles, 3in1 beverage sachet & hot water the room had a small fridge so you can store your 7e bought items. and 2 chairs and a table so that you can enjoy those 7e burgers in your room before u go to sleep the room is also pretty spacious for the 2 people bedroom that we took. it seems like every unit had a balcony and it does look nice in the morning. hot water was working. the walls had 2 multipin plugs for charging and others thai 2 pin wall plugs the staff were kind and able to speak malay, thai & english.
mattress was too hard. need softer mattress. although harder mattress is better for old people because reduce backpain in the morning but hard to fall asleep. also please provide extra pillows. i'd give a higher rating if it was not for these 2 things TV & decoder although plugged, did not work. we didnt mind as we always came back late and just wanted to have a hot shower and go to sleep
