What a lovely place ! I loved staying here - the room was spacious, the bathroom nicely decorated with excellent water pressure and hot water. The decor is beautiful in the reception areas. Good wifi, great and convenient location, and a pleasant small swimming pool. But what makes Sri Pat such a great place is the friendly and very welcoming, kind staff. Especially Lala, and also Nene. Nothing is too much trouble, and you really do feel like a valued guest.
The only reason I have not put a 10 is the bed - Thai style hard. But that's a very minor quibble.

I Love this place so much. Have stayed here many times over the last 10 years and its consistently a wonderful and relaxing experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful they feel like family. Very clean, and beautifully styled. Its a bit of a quiet oasis around the pool area. Very reasonably priced as well. You wont be disappointed.

Sri Pat is a friendly, very pretty Guesthouse in the old city, Chiang Mai. Sri Pa has deluxe rooms that overlook the pool area from the spacious balcony with a table & chairs, very quiet & staff are super friendly. Sri Pat also offer other rooms in the main building that are also nicely decorated and clean, some with a balcony. the prices are very reasonable.
Well established, convenient to family restaurants like Blue Moon and within walking distance. a quick tuk tuk ride by Moon Man at the end of the Soi can get you anywhere in the city you wish to go. lots of nice, cute shops nearby, atms within walking distance as well as 7-11 and pharmacy, red trucks are nearby on Moon Muang. Great location!

The staff at Sripat were so welcoming, friendly and professional. It was more like a hotel than a guesthouse. We arrived early and were able to check in straight away. The room was very clean and comfortable with good AC and a balcony. The pool area was a lovely addition. We couldn't fault it, we even extended our stay.
