These serviced apartments look impressive. The decor is of a high standard. The apartments are well cleaned daily. The staff are friendly and helpful. In particular, there is a good and quick laundry service. The air conditioning was good, though one unit didn't work.
Breakfast is not provided, but there is a supermarket close by and an excellent cafe/restaurant across the road.
There was a good hot water supply to the shower.
Unfortunately, the apartments are on a noisy road (though it quietens down for a while at night). There is no sound proofing, and even with earplugs, the traffic was loud enough to keep me awake from 6 am. In addition, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.
When I left the grille on the shower plug hole (as intended, to keep insects out), the shower flooded the bathroom. When I took it off, there was still some overflow. In addition, the shower was not adjustable.

Spacious rooms .. very close to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful at check-in.
The 'penthouse' apartment is divided into two, the lounge and kitchen are in a separate (adjacent) building to the bedrooms and bathroom. The lights (or bulbs) did not work in the bathroom, lounge or 2nd bedroom. The map location given by Booking.com is considerably wrong. Fortunately my driver called the apartment office for directions.

OK bedrooms (yes,needed repainted),but air conditioning worked super.Living room nice,kitchen looksold one,but we not needed so ....Big terrace with sitting area and good furniture.Beach 200-300 metres,sea 1000 metres (because beach reastaurant - sea about 700-1200 metres).
Even for taxist it was difficult to find.No answer in send request from host before coming,1 shower room.No toilet paper:)

Big apartment with equipped kitchen. Very fast internet connection. Very big and nice balcony. Good price.
A lot of noise: A/C in the bedroom is very noisy and there is public music during the whole day in the neighbourhood (which is common in Lome). I stayed in an Annex and not the main building, there is no elevator in case you have difficulties with stairs.

Apartment was the entire top floor of the nearby annex. The lane it is located on looked dubious at first but turned out to be fine; police station across the road. Close to currency exchange (Coris Bank), groceries (Levant Supermarket), restaurant (Festival Du Glaces). Apartment was cleaned daily, and Joseph at the front desk was helpful getting us taxis around town and to Benin.
Wifi did not reach the 2nd bedroom.
