Soon after booking i was contacted via WhatsApp which qas very convenient.My driver got lost and Cynthia who is at the reception was very helpful with directions.She received me very well and her command in English made everything better.The room was spacious, had warm water and air conditioning.A mini breakfast was served which i also enjoyed.
The wifi was veryyy slow - It was an inconvenience for work aa i couldn't work from the room.The bed was also very hard which made sleeping uncomfortable for me.I would return if these 2 issues are sorted

She's really amazing receptionist.
I love the customer service.

The breakfast was okay and I love the staff as well. But, I love the place. It was close to the airport and the Trade Fair which I enjoyed almost every evening.
My TV was not showing any interesting channel.

The cleanliness of the place and hospitality of the staff. The property is located in a very peaceful location.
The tap of the wash basin in the bathroom was broken but since it was xmas day, there was no plumber to fix it. But these things should be checked before arrival of guests. The flow of water was very slow.
