Loved the hotel. Nice, comfortable clean room. There was a roof terrace. Great breakfast on the roof. Not a bad area. Close to the main main road and the main market. Very easy to get around. I really enjoyed my stay. One person spoke English but with Google translate, communicating is much easier nowadays.

They are one of the only hotels we could pay with card this trip. Near to a bank to change money, and they offered us a good upgrade when our room wasnt available because an elderly guest wanted to stay longer without switching rooms

We stayed here twice, it can be noisy in the city, but that's not the hotel's fault

The reception lady was amazing! very helpful and kind and friendly. i think her name was Emilee. Hope she gets a raise. She was very professional.
There are a couple of small roaches in the room. Hence the cleaniess is not there.

I spent two nights in Hotel Yabisso and was very impressed with customer service and room comfort. The rooms are a little small but the beds are comfy and the AC works really well

The restaurant and breakfast was ok. Air conditioner was working. The older men at the night security was a good men.
Dirty room, closed window, no opportunity to open the window. The lady at the reception was not very helpful. In Lome you get the same room for the half price anywhere.

The staff were very very welcoming, helpful,friendly. The two gentlemen that served breakfast were very professional, friendly, fast and attentive. Food was delicious. Restaurant was very clean. Kitchen’s staff and reception desk well done. Thank you
Bad location. At the entrance of the hotel, there are lot of Muslin ‘s beggars 24/7. Their children actually grab your clothes asking for money as soon as you step out of the car. It was uncomfortable. Furthermore , the room was unsanitary, with cockroaches, molds on the walls, broken chair, rusty toilet, very bad WiFi connection, TV was fixed twice. Dirty dishes remained in the front door for 3 days, bad housekeeping service. In addition, we ate the same thing every single morning for 10 days (omelets, bread, one croissant and a cup of coffee ) no varieties at all.

The breakfast was delicious. That said, the preparation was not good on time and timing as only was staff was doing everything...preparation, serving and cleaning
The neighbourhood was too noisy as the nearby mosque starts call for prayers by 4.00am and then every 30 minutes in the morning. This disturbs sleep and comfort.

As I was fasting at the time, I visited the facility, I did not have the opportunity to taste the breakfast. However I tasted the Dinner and the food was great. So by extentions I think the breakfast will be superb
The air-condition seemed not to work properly. The temperature was turned to 16 but the room was still not very chilled. Secondly, there was water dripping from the aircondition onto the bed
