Very Good
The rooms were nice and comfortable.
The food was good, if small.
The staff were friendly.
The location is great.
Facilities are clean, including the beach.
Food service slow.
Could do without owner's dog and cat roaming the dining area.
WiFi slow away from rooms.

The hotel was beach front and had a nice restaurant inside it.
It is located in a dirty and dangerous part of town. There is a port, shipping plant, manufacturing and industrial area surrounding it. We saw multiple naked people walking the streets around the hotel. It's not a safe area.

The garden is very well maintained, has all beach sunbeds with a view to the ocean.
The restaurant food is delicious ?
We have stayed once and then returned back again ;) so it exceeded our expectations!

I like the hotel view on the beach
The air condition was not good, bathroom has problem in draining water, no paper towels in the room( just only for the toilettes). The smell of room was bad, no water kettle, and no tea, no water for drinking( you should buy a bottle of water from the resturant ), also the refrigirator was not pluged in

The location is well situated between the city of Lome and being out of town. The beach is lovely, and the property is well-managed, with many options for room styles and prices.

The staff including Mika were very helpful. The food was good and the location is right on the beach with nice breezes. We booked a triple but our daughter couldn't make it so they gave us a suite which was very nice. It was new and clean with a lovely bathroom and a table and chairs.
The beach had a lot of garbage the first day we were there, but then it got cleaned up. But I don't think it's safe to swim because of the waves there. It's a bit out of town so you need to take taxis, but the Gozem app works well for getting rides.

Comfortable communal spaces.
Good air con in room.
Room cleaned every day.
The hotel is next to a shipping container terminal so it is very busy on the roads with lorries. You can’t walk out of the hotel to go anywhere but you could easily get a taxi with the Gozem app.

It's a great location. You can walk right to the beach; that was the draw for me and exceeded my expectations. I do wish it was breakfast inclusive.
Our airconditioner didn't work and when we complained; they said they would either send someone to look at it or change our rooms but that didn't happen. It made for an uncomfortable stay.

I like the fact that it was just by the beach. The food is also nice and I love the staff. They helped me get a Togo Sim Card for me to move around with data.
The WIFI did not work on my phone.

The food and view
The white French owner was racist and observed her pushing a black vendor who was trying to sell his wares. Very aggressive. Also spoke to my friends and I in an aggressive manner. I did not appreciate that. She could do a better job in communicating her message. Racist mentality. Really had a negative impact on our vacation for our very first trip to Togo.
