24 hour staff help was helpful because I checked in very late due to a late-night flight, I believe it was around 2:30 AM. I ate & had coffee at the restaurant on site every day. Local cuisine, solid menu, A/C inside in the restaurant. They take Visa payment. The "Hotel Ambassadors" located sign at the main street helps taxi drivers find the hotel easier. There's a guy sitting outside the front door who helps with luggage and is practically security, but the area appears safe. 20 minute walk to the Fetish Market, 15 minute drive from the airport. You definitely gotta take a taxi to Lome Central Market, Lome Palace, etc.
Wifi was not very reliable in my room which was the 2nd floor. The wifi is solid on the first floor next to reception and the restaurant. "Ventilated" sounds great but it means there's a fan in the room that didn't help much, the room was hot. Every room should have A/C, it's fine if you charge more.

First time to Togo. WOW greeted by the Owner Maurice. The Hotel is on par with American Standards. Daniel, Florence and the Eda the Cleaning Lady touched my Heart, EXCEPTIONAL STAFF even with the English/French language barrier. Then the Cuisine. Must try the Steak with Mushrooms Sauce. Security is Tight with Armed Presence. Outside there is a Pavillion with Projection TV and full scale Bar. Tried the Native Beer "Pils" taste is on par with Heineken.
And lastly the Price. $48 Per night was a Steal? Very Clean room and they even use Moth Balls. For anyone looking for a 5 Star hotel but has a Shoe string BUDGET the Hotel Ambassador Annex is the place for you. STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

The staff were very helpful, polite, and friendly.
The WiFi connection wasn't working inside my room but it was active in the hallway and the reception area. That was the only challenge I had.

The staffs were friendly and helpful
The hotel was below expectation. The bathroom had a flushing problem, no foot mat after bathing, the shower and washing basin and toilet were rusty looking among other issues. The WiFi, which was the main reason for my choice was TERRIBLE.
