Disappointing
It's easy to get in and get out and at a decent price.
Bunch of things went wrong
1. I was served meat in my omelet despite telling them I'm vegetarian. When I returned the plate after accidentally eating some, they returned with a new plate but didn't include the beans and cheese because I had already had some. Such a stingy customer outlook
2. My room was leaking like nobody's business. A part of my room and all my shoes were completely wet when I woke up causing a huge deal of discomfort.
3. It's hardly a boutique hotel. Feels a lot more like a motel so size up your expectations.
4. If you can't climb stairs, this isn't for you either.

Great location and esay access to Zona Rosa, restaurant and easy to get to the city center as well. Free parking was handy as I was renting a car
Unfortunaley the breakfast is until 9 am, so I could make it only once. But whenever I did, the only thing I really needed was an espresso which is NOT included, I had to pay extra for it.
Wifi connection in my room (#7) was bad, got disconnected several times.
