Staff was very polite & attentive. We loved the peacocks & the grounds keeper was very nice & opened the gate so we could get a pic of the peacock's feathers open. Food was amazing both breakfast & dinner.
Wished we had a better view from our balcony.

Amazing location, l love their pool , vey beautiful and clean. Their breakfast is amazing. Also, the Hotel has a private running track outdoors inside the Hotel premises that is a plus. This Hotel is near restaurants and bars. You can walk to a lot of night life attractions. Very Safe location. The Hotel Restaurant Staff were amazing, specially Nancy , she went above and beyond to make my family happy and welcome!!!
The parking is limited. To many graduations and events at their venues. Getting a parking space could be a challenge. Also, front desk staff could be more friendly. This is a premium Hotel and customer service could be better.

Location: Step away from the San Benito bus terminal and Plaza Presidente, yet peaceful and quiet premises
Outdoors: Large pool, enough lounge chairs for everyone, hammocks, poolside services during the weekend, convenient sunny and shady spaces, free-range hens and peacocks add a luxurious feel, adequate volume for the ambient music
Soft product: quality amenities, comfy bedding and towels, hot water with good pressure in the shower. We arrived at 1:00 pm and were offered a different room so we could check in early at no extra cost. The welcome drinks are a nice touch
Room service: was quick, food was good and fairly priced. We asked for a corkscrew and it was provided. We left the tray outside our door and it was gone by next morning. No lingering trays anywhere in the hallways
The breakfast buffet has excellent hot food items, including the omelet bar, but the cold food left much to be desired. Eg: There was refrigerated bagel garnish (smoked salmon, cream cheese, onion and capers), but no bagels. Only 2 types of cheese, no fresh baguette or rye or ciabatta bread. A self-serve waffle maker with batter would be better than cold, ready-made waffles
The garden area where the fowl cages are is not maintained, along the space called "Golfito." These could be rearranged fairly easily to provide extra green garden space for guests to walk or picnic by trimming overgrown trees.

Old money hotel. Great service, always friendly and able to accommodate different travel requests and arrange a variety of tours. Perfect location close to central and historical San Salvador

The. Ed’s were sooo comfortable and the pool was beautiful. The shower comes out pretty strong with hot and cold water. There weee some English speaking Chanel to watch on tv considering I don’t speak Spanish so we appreciate that. The bell man was really nice and the guy who checked us out when we left was so accommodating we appreciated that.
When I tried to use my navy cereal credit card seem like the gentleman at the front didn’t know what he was doing. I asked for a supervisor and he said he was in a meeting. No one came to help him. I felt like he was using my card as bank card and not a credit card cause when I gave him my navy federal bank card it went through with no problem. I was on the phone with navy federal and they weee saying he is not doing something right cause we are not seeing he is even trying there is no error on our side. Also it wasn’t a lot of people who can speak English however some were trying to help us throughout our trip.
