The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. Despite requesting a crib on three separate occasions, it was never provided. We also received no clear information regarding the dinner that was included in our reservation, which resulted in us having to pay for a meal that should have already been covered.
Additionally, no one responded to phone calls or messages when we attempted to seek assistance. The water temperature was also a constant issue, as it was either excessively hot or extremely cold, making it very difficult to use.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor service, and unprofessional behavior significantly affected our experience.

It was a fantastic location that had a very convenient bridge to the shopping center on the other side of the street. The facility was well lit, clean and smelled amazing, and staff was super friendly. Our room was also nice and quiet. The beds are super comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean! Although we ended up, not eating at one of the restaurants within the hotel, you had many different restaurants to choose from and a wonderful little store that sold cute souvenirs to take home. Would absolutely recommend other to stay here and will stay here again!

Nice decorated. Reception people were good at service.
Goose down comforter and goose pillows (extreme high) make me sick. Allergic. Business center very small, bad design. Personal of administration not good service. You could not get extra chairs for business center. Just 2 chairs, 2 computers, one printer out of ink. No paper. Another cokcktail table with 2 chairs very very uncomfortable.

I was moved to another room unexpectedly. Housekeeping staff moved my stuff w/o my advice. The new room was ok BUT there was a guess next door smoking the whole night!!! This is unrespectful and unnaceptable behaviour! How come smoke detector didnt work? My room was second hand smoke contaminated! No one from the staff noticed this disturbance situation. Or we go back in time to smoker allowed inside hotels?
