The property was nice but the bathroom really needs to be remodeled. Its outdated and the location of hotel rooms are far from the Hilton and the parking is far about a 5 minute walk. And to get to the parking we had to pass many vendors promoting the FIFA not convenient to have a big crowd.
The parking was far and having to pass all the vendors to get to the room.

Location, value and facilities.
Location and instructions on Booking.com weren't accurate. This is the same hotel (check-in, parking etc) as Hilton, but the building is in the back and you have to go through Hilton to access it (at least when we stayed there Feb 2026)

Beautiful room with excellent view. Great free breakfast
Check in! Were told when we dropped off our bags that the room would be ready early, 11:00. Returned at noon and waited in the lobby until 3:15! Male desk clerk could not be bothered with any questions.

Have to sleep on that.
The bathroom needed a lot of work. Bathtub stained, the finish was peeling. The tub appeared dirty. The anti-slip tape on the tub was dirty in need of replacing.

Each time I come to this place, I have a lot more things to say. The accommodation was better than expected. Arrived extra early due to my fly being changed to earlier. They find a room for us to stay very easy. So kind

Place, location, property, breakfast. Front desk, all service was excellent. Rooms have a lot of space, and the beds are comfortable.
Cleaning staff are on cell constantly. It did not give me a good impression to see them hiding while talking or texting. The food in the bar, for room service, did not meet my expectations

Long distance to the room you have to walk very close to weddings and Parties to get to the room if there are any functions going on.

The view of the San Salvador volcano was spectacular.
Breakfast was very good.
The room had a microwave and fridge.
Rooms were large.
The room had a microwave and fridge, but no plates, cutlery etc ☹️
Two people in the room but only one coffee pod per day !! We asked for another coffee pod, but apparently it is their policy. A bad policy ?
The TV could have had a few more English channels.
Bathroom was small, and the toilet, although new was very industrial, definitely not what I would expect in a hotel.

OMG I love the Salvadorian people. Beautiful. The hotel staff was really nice.
I will definitely go back to that country soon.
They take some time to serve the meals, but other than that everything is perfect.
