Wonderful
The hotel is a few blocks walking distance to Gallerias Mall. There are a lot of dental, medical, radiological, and related facilities nearby, including a medical diagnostic center. There is also a nearby Super Selectos grocery store, a Wendy's, a 24/7 gas station with food, there is a Cebollinas, there are a number of dining places inside the Mall, as well as clothes stores, pharmacies, and a cinema. The turnaround time for getting clothes cleaned and returned is pretty fast. Droo the clothes at the counter in the evening and they are about ready in the mid- morning.
The room lacks a small refrigerator. If you enjoy jello, Danny produces a jello that doesn't require refrigeration. Otherwise, everything is going to be room temperature. Some places deliver food via Uber eats. There is also a restaurant on the premises.

Good location with coffee and grocery stores within 5-10 min walking, comfortable bed, good shower w hot water.
Feels like a dungeon without windows and felt too stuffy too humid inside even if ran AC most of the time.

I like that there was always someone at the front desk to help with any questions. It was clean and felt safe. Staff was always helpful.
The room we had said a refrigerator was included as an amenity however when we arrived it did not have one. We did have to ask for one and it was provided to us the next day. We also had to request an iron because one was not readily available in the room. No other amenities available in room besides a shampoo and a body wash and a hand soap. The hotel also does not have hot water. Showering in the mornings was always a rush.

Fantastic location, clean large room, good working and silent aircon. The window was blocked (no view). Restaurant had very few options, but there was 24/7 availability at reception of sodas and beers. Friendly staff.

It was a cute little spot close to where we needed to stay. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Had parking right in front and staff was friendly and helpful
There is no fridge in the room, but the staff put our items in their fridge and brought them to our room when requested.

The place, the staff.
The photos have nothing to do with the ones in Booking: my room was so small that I couldn't open the bathroom door completely, they put music all day long in the lobby and there is an aquarium which is making an unpleasant noise from 7 am to 7 pm...
Breakfast: juice or coffee... They refused to give me both, I had to choose between them and pay for the second one. This is not the standing of a 3 star
hotel.
