The staff very helpful

The breakfast was delicious. You could select from 4 or 5 breakfast options. The staff were super friendly and kind. We stayed for 10 days. They have a laundry service, so you can have a total of 15 items washed for $8. I did utilize this a few times. They washed and folded and delivered to your room. The mini pool is great for kids 5years and up. I forgot to pack a life jacket and was perfect for my 5 year old to stand and play in. The neighborhood was safe. The best ice cream ever is a 5 minute walk at Abuelitas. There is a mini park 6 minutes away by foot, but it's more of a work out park. A lot of places to walk to safely within 15 minutes. The hotel was always clean. They mopped daily, always sparkling inside. I stayed for an extended time, so they always replace towels and bedding every 3 days. You can always request room service or place the do not disturb card on the door. The beds were very comfortable. I had no issues sleeping at all. Overall, I felt safe here. You need a key to enter the premises and the hotel has cameras everywhere for extra security and piece of mind. My kids enjoyed their time here and were sad to leave. The room came with a mini fridge and the water in the shower was amazing temperature and pressure. We truly miss our time here. Very close and easy uber friendly for a simple casual day. (I had a driver, but took one night off to rest and stay close). A trip to picnic steakhouse or Multiplaza for less than $20 round trip. You can also visit the National Craft Market for souvenirs or Centro Histórico de SS for less than $20 round trip to the hotel as well. This hotel is well located. Also Norman, was my amazing driver who made my entire stay so amazing, adventurous, and fun. He is great with kids as well. Lots of closet space in the room. Good hot water shower. Quiet area near a shopping center. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Laundry available for a fee.

Such a good value for money for a private room in a big city. After months of hostels, this felt quite refreshing. The facilities are simple but with a spacious room with A/C, free breakfast, a nice staff and such privacy, you can't ask for more.

Location was good. Quiet neighborhood. Very safe.

Good breakfast but hotel is a bit hard to reach using public transportation. With difficulty I learned that the 30 B bus stops within walking distance, at the San Luis shopping center. Tazumal desk staff not knowledgeable about this. The place is clean and comfortable. AC works great.

The very friendly smiling front desk lady, comfortable room, nice warm water for shower, the a/c, homelike.

They seem to swipe and mop the floors daily. Their staff are fairly active and present among the facility. The property was clean. Building/rooms seem fairly new compared to most places in the country. We had a fridge in our doubleroom which was nice to keep our water bottles cool which we could refill near the kitchen. But the fridge was a little weak so we used the super mini freezer compartment to keep water cold. As what happens often in Central America. They say they have their space filled up, and they bring you to another hotel nearby. The quality is probably around the same. They took us to another one on the exact same street. It wasn't Hotel Armonia Hostal. I attached a screenshot of it. It was a fine stay no, no real complaints.

I didn't know until my second stay that they have a pool! It's little but it's a great place to relax. Staff is so nice. The lady who made me a coffee was really wonderful. Something that I didn't realize the first time is that there are two separate buildings, one has little garden with a pool and one has a little garden without a pool. Both are a beautiful place to have a coffee and relax
