Beautiful little hotel, murals in every wall and a luscious green garden. Staff was friendly and they made me feel at home. A place with lots of personality. Highly recommended for international travelers. Their open-hours policy is a little rigid (doors close at 10PM, no exceptions) but it looks like they do it to protect the sleep of the staff and other guests. I'm pretty happy to support a place that respects their workers.

The room and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfortable. The food was simple and good (two options would have been nice but we understand that this simplifies things for the staff). The staff were very nice to us. We enjoyed our dinner guest, a very cute turtle that joined us in the courtyard. We could hear the birds in the morning. It was very tranquil.
We were not aware of additional rules that I did not see on booking.com site. There is a curfew, food is not allowed in the rooms, and breakfast is only served for one hour in the morning. This information would have been helpful to know when booking the room.

Very nice staff and beautiful and colourful decorations. The breakfast was good and the garden was so pretty. The staff was always willing to help, one of the ladies even washed my water bottle for me! Very clean as well!
The location is far from the city but with a car you can easily park on the street and get to the city. The staff also should be more informed on recommending nearby restaurants or car/scooter rentals.

a mix between a homestay and a hotel, in a nice part of town. Really great hosts who were patient with my limited Spanish. I bought some pupusas and they stored them in the freezer so I could take them home the next day.... I had arranged for an airport dropoff with them for ~6AM and slept in. They woke me up in time to get ready and catch my taxi - They also gave me a free pupusa for breakfast. cute lobby and common area and rooms were comfortable with just the fan. the room and facilities were very clean. I would stay here again!

Room was great and spacious, they even gave us a free upgrade which was awesome. Staff were friendly.
Only one bathroom so always had to queue to use it. The air con machine in the room didn’t really work so it was hot over night.

Lovely, friendly staff. Beautiful rooms, gorgeous gardens. Towels, soap, good shower and drinking water. Really clean and comfortable.
It is a little far away but Uber, especially Uber motorbike, is a cheap and easy way to get around.

Great hotel!
Everything is clean and the ladies running the place are all very nice!
Free water & breakfast are also nice to have.
Even though you share a bathroom with others it was never occupied.
Single room is quite small but it has everything you need.
The location is quite a bit outside of the city centre (Ubers are cheap though) but the area is very safe

The property is lovely and feels like a home. Garden is very nice. Staff was super helpful.
We had a room without AC and the ceiling fan was not strong enough and super loud so could barely sleep the first night. The second day though we asked for a floor fan and the staff was super nice and gave us one and we slept so much better. Room is small.

The hosts were fantastic, the room was clean and tidy. However the cheaper rooms are quite small when I noticed them. You get value for your money.
The wifi speed wasn't the best. The range of the wifi is just not good. The location is very peaceful and silent, but not the most happening place in the city. You have to take an uber to go around.

we really liked the environment and the flowers and plants in the garden outside of our room
we did not like the Administration rules for example. 1 your not allowed to eat inside of your room we have never heard of a rule like that before!!
the second rule that you thought was kind of ridiculous is that the hotel closes at 10:00pm so if you are staying there and you come back to the hotel after 10:00 pm you're locked out and you cannot come back until the next morning. so if you book this hotel in advance and you arrive after 10:00pm you will be charged for the room we felt that this rule should have been placed on the website so people can see this before they actually booked the room. this is clearly unprofessional
the third thing we thought it wasn't very good is checkout is at 11:00 a.m. if you check out after 11:00 a.m. they charge you $10 extra this is utterly ridiculous

The location of this hotel is excellent. You can get around to major locations through Uber, and the neighborhood is super safe. The staff is exceptional and truly what makes this property stand out from the rest. The team that cares for guests and this property are incredibly warm, professional, prompt, and hardworking.

The energy in the home felt beautifully feminine, safe, and protective, allowing me to truly rest and enjoy my stay in El Salvador. I loved being surrounded by lush greenery, and the balcony quickly became my favorite spot to relax. The staff were both incredibly kind and deeply powerful in their presence. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Nice, cozy place, with a lovely garden and clean rooms and showers. Quiet neighbourhood. Staff is nice as well, help you with anything you need. Also gave us a complementary breakfast, very appreciated.
Usually they close at 10 p.m. so you can‘t get in, as they don‘t provide a key. However they can be flexible and you can text / call them if it is going to be later, but make sure to tell them before leaving. Also the Wifi wasn‘t great, so no remote work possible.
