The staff was super helpful and friendly, the room was private and for the most part quiet.
The staff even helped us with parking and search for the reservation quickly.
The light outside the room on the halways was very bright at night would be nice if it had a dimmer or the curtains on the room were darker.

The staff at the property made the stay better! I like that they lock up the garage doors and front entrance at night for extra security.
The place is a little outdated on the inside but nonetheless clean.

great location. friendly staff always greeted me by name
Hot Water was out for 2 days but the cold water was warm enough for quick shower during the hot days. TV on wall was tiny :) Bed was uncomfortable. Loud street noise.

Convenient location, friendly staff.
Our room had no windows and no hot water. We asked to be moved but we’re told it wasn’t possible as there were no other rooms available. We asked to have hot water in the bathroom but it was never fixed. We had booked for 6 nights but left after 3 nights. We asked for a refund for the 3 nights we had paid for but didn’t stay for but they will it respond to any requests at all. I don’t think this is an unreasonable request as hot water in the shower is a stand facility and we put up with it for 3 days and the problem was not resolved. Very poor service on the part of the management.

The staff friendliness compensated for the very small room we were staying at. The morning staff did all they could to accommodate our food requirements.
Blankets were not clean, we received clean linen after the front desk found out our titles. Too bad that putting up front titles is required to received better treatment in a hotel.
