Good
It's a good location if you want to be in a quiet area of the Zona Rosa, and/or located between the downtown area and day trip locations.
Nice place. Clean.
Room was sufficient. Beds were ok.
Cute garden area with small pool.
Staff was nice.
Cleaned room daily and replaced towels (even though we hung them up to use again)
Breakfast was small, but fresh cooked and good every morning.
Coffee / tea available 24/7 in the lobby area.
If you want to eat lunch/ dinner in the garden area /poolside, the front desk can call the restaurant next door and a waiter will enter through a side door to take your order & deliver it.
The A/C and Wi-Fi worked well.
A bit pricey in December.
Somewhat secluded.
Located up a narrow, steep driveway with about 4 or 5 parking spaces.
Nothing to see in the immediate area.
Not walkable to downtown (1hr), but you can Uber there in 20 min (outside of rush hour).
One morning, the shower water was only tepid. Hot water is consistently available at night or in the mornings before 8.
No elevator, only stairs to the second
floor rooms.
The one window faced the outdoor hallway, so the room was a bit dark when we closed the curtains for privacy.

The staff was super nice. The parking was very good overall very nice place to stay.

The breakfast was good, pool area was nice and staff was very polite. Location was excellent.
The first room we were given smelled of sewers and felt generally old. There was mold damage. We were thankfully relocated to another room but that one was also quite run down.

Very Good
Good, safe location near restaurants and shops. Staff were helpful. (You need to speak Spanish as they don't speak English.) Good choice of breakfasts. Pool was tiny but looked OK.
A stretch to call it a boutique hotel. The rooms are simple and functional rather than cutely boutique.

Very good location, friendly staff, and nice breakfast. The room was comfortable.
I requested airport transfer a couple days before arrival. At the airport, they told me the driver was there looking for me, however I waited and looked for an hour as they kept messaging me he was at the airport, but without any specific locations. Finally after over an hour, the hotel messaged me saying they could not take me and to use a local taxi company (Las Acacias) from the airport to the hotel.

I liked the complimentary breakfast. The location was decent- plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. I wasn’t thrilled with the climb up the hill to get the motel, but it’s easily doable.
The room/room decor was a bit tired. I think it could have been cleaner as well. Check walls and doors for grime. The staff were fine, but definitely could improve their “smile usage/friendliness”.

Great location. Reasonably good breakfast. Very nice staff.
Will stay again Desiree the girl leaving in certain be 8 amenities. Restaurant connected to hotel serves genuine Salvadoran food.

Love this hotel, it was very clean, quiet area, the staff super kind, the room was big, we were a family of 5 and stay at room 517 it had 3 beds we fit very comfortably. The outdoor area very clean and cozy. Breakfast was also so good! My kids loved the waffles and the fruits.

Exceeded our expectations. Staff were super kind. Rooms were clean and a nice size. Even had a mini fridge. Nice pool area. Breakfast was fantastic every morning. Highly recommend the hotel. Walking distance to everything you need. Huge mall just one block away. Lots of restaurants near by. Close to historical area as well.

Located right in the middle of great restaurants, and shopping centers in walking distance. Beautiful atmosphere and very helpful staff. Parking is also a great bonus as they have their own lot with 24/7 security.

Location, location location. Set up (cute pool area, gardens, privacy inside). Very good value for money.
I like it all - only minor detail was that the restaurant could not be accessed (door was locked on the inside and nobody responded when I rang the doorbell). But thats not a big issue as there are many wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood
