On top of not honoring my reservations. They claimed 9:57 pm That my card was declined .. so they can cover their messed . As a result I have to pay $150 .00 on another property.. for wish I should get pay by the Valverde boutique people right should be protected .

Original room I was given had bedbugs

The care of the infrastructure is of low quality for the price. I also selected a room with a king bed and was given a room with 3 beds The rooms are very small None of the doors lock properly (room and bathroom) Etc.

Overall bad experience since the day I booked my stay. The hotel charged me twice, topping my card. It took almost 2 weeks to get the money back, during which time my bank was charging me for exceeding the credit. My inquiry with the hotel into the matter resulted in them sending me the proof that they were taking care of it - an exchange of emails with the bank, which included sensitive data (complete card details and names) of other customers. A completely separate issue was the fact that I wanted to be able to rest immediately after my arrival to the hotel around 5:30 in the morning (long before the check-in time), to which end I made a reservation (and paid for it) starting one day before my actual arrival. To be sure, I confirmed it with the staff beforehand and was assured that my room would be waiting for me. Alas, upon arrival I was first informed that there was no reservation in my name whatsoever. After an hour, and me asking for a refund so I could stay elsewhere (my booking was non-refundable), they found my reservation, but insisted that it was starting in a few hours, despite me showing them the confirmation from Booking and the exchange of messages confirming that I was going to pay for an extra night. Apparently they sold the same room for the same date to two different customers. Luckily for me, the person that was staying in my room left around 9:00, so they were able to check me in around 9:30 - exactly what I was trying to avoid. They never offered any discount or refund, just a free laundry service. Finally, my room was infested with bed bugs or other creatures that have bitten me several hundred times (sic), causing inflammation and allergic reaction. The owner was nowhere to be found except the first day (I had to stay there for a week). The price/value ratio was low - it is a basic, no-thrills place.

The smell of the place. The breakfast was not that good and the worst part the staff at checkin and checkout were hot helpfull. Additionally I has an emergency and was not able to stay for the 3 nights. So I requested to pay for the night I spent and get a refund of the 2 nights I was not going to be able to stay and they were not even willing to help

Very limited parking area. Breakfast was not included.

Maybe parkinglot. There isnt any.

They need to have more clean bed sheet, and the pillow has to be changed at least every 2 months.

there are steps some of which were hard to see and tight stairways.. We booked a room with two beds but when we arrived it was a matrimonial bed, the guy on reception was very nice and helpful and set up an extra bed in a room upstairs, which was great, but it meant to room then seemed a little small. I saw excellent rooms on the ground floor - bigger and you wouldn't need to negotiate the steps & stairways.
