Did not see any evidence of breakfast availability, not even to get a cup of coffee.
The location listed was not the location of the hotel. It was about 3 long blocks away because there was no room at the original site. The place was a basic house converted into a "hotel" with about 4 or so rooms. Only rooms were furnished, the rest was not. No amenities whatsoever. Had to ask for a glass of water for my meds and toothbrush. No stores near by and no sense of urgency by the lone employee to assist. Bathroom shower area very dangerous as floor is slopped of same material as the ceramic tile walls. Slippery. Bed extremely hard.

It looks nice from the inside but from the outside it’s a different story
They overlook the reservation and I was left technically out on the street. They didn’t offer a solution. They just said we don’t have your confirmation from booking.com and that was it. Even when I showed the app and my confirmation

Absolutely worth the money! In the center of things to do. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The freshly squeezed juices are worth trying! Definitely booking hotel when I visit again. The employees are very kind & helpful.

Loved the location as it was close to my office and had convenient access to many restaurants and food courts. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Internet worked perfectly for those early morning meetings.
Rooms and bathrooms were a bit too small for me. The first room I stayed in didn't have a closed wardrobe, and the bathroom was so small I couldn't use the sink comfortably and I had to dodge the toilet paper holder to get into the shower. I love boutique hotels, but this was a little too cozy for me..

The breakfast was decent (but not more than that). It was served puntually as agreed. However, the earliest possible time for breakfast was 6:45 and not 6:00 as written in the description. The most positive I can say about the place is that it is situated right next to an excellent Peruvian restaurant (Kuzco), which is 100% recommended.
I was attending a meeting at the Holiday Inn. I had selected the Hotel Boutique Valverde Santa Elena because it was very close to the venue so that I could walk. However, without consulting with me, they had booked me in an annex situated much further away so that I had to take an Uber every time. Shower was lukewarm at the most.
