They canceled the stay in the last minute. I had to look for a different option. It was not proffesional at all.

Safe and quite location. The location was excellent, being close to Metrocentro and having many local bus routes nearby was convenient. the receptionist Alicia is very attentive and always willing to help the customer in any way she can, her customer service is very high.
Breakfast was good, but after so many days it gets boring having the same food. A variation of breakfast will be appreciated, specially for those guest staying 1 or more weeks. The bed was too hard for me, it was hard on my back.

Booked my last night vacation there. second floor room had horrible beds. Hard as a concrete. Need to be thrown out. Pillows were old and flat. Didn't sleep at all. So some beds and linens there are okay, some are really horrible unfortunately. Probably wont return.

Had a late flight and booked room last minute. I only stayed one night, but this hotel was super comfortable. Good beds, linen, well equipped. Good breakfast. Excellent value.
