• bad maintenance (no hot water / water pressure on washbasin blocked etc.)
• old installations (polished ceramic tile on the floor that makes you slip, blinds not closing completely, very noisy etc.)

Location was good a little distance from center city, but Uber was very efficient and they come right away and yeah, no problems.. The rooms were clean the breakfast in the morning. Were good, no problems, I would stay there again

The breakfast was good! I just wish there were more kid friendly breakfast foods. They only had plain cereal. I would have liked some pancakes or waffles.
At night, there are so many bats by the pool. We really wanted to take a dip after 6 and thats when the sun sets. That's also when the bats fly around.

The overall facility was well maintained and clean. The staff was nice and helpful in all ways.
Breakfast was a little boring and needs more options. Bed kept moving because it was not fixed.

Room was decent size, and was cleaned daily.
Gym wasn’t open; there was no indication it wouldn’t be prior to check in. Location is kinda in the middle of nowhere. Not close to anywhere you’d want to be. There were construction works that were very loud commencing very early in the morning.

Location is good because it is close to the city center. The breakfast is the best we had while in El Salvador. The cleaning lady was amazing and very patient with the cleaning.
It was very good for a family of 4.
