The breakfast was good and the staff working at the breakfast was great.
Checking in was a bit annoying, util a young man helped us. A young girl initially helped us and she didn't know anything, which was making our check in long.

The location is great!
I would suggest that the staff at the entrance be more attentive; when you arrive, some of them don't even look up to welcome guests. More information about valet parking would also be helpful upon arrival at the hotel. More training for them.

Location is convenient. Staff was nice. Beware if you have a car in rainy season as parking lot is 3 min away walking.
If you are reading this in late 2025 or early 2026. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. It is in the middle of a shopping mall, which would think is highly convenient. It is… BUT the shopping mall is under heavy renovations, and as it is open to the public during the day construction workers start their thing late at night.
I mean heavy hammering, metal on metal noises, concrete work. You name it, they are doing it while you try to sleep.
Called front desk, they offered ear plugs… come on! This is noise level 99 can also feel it through the buildings structure.

Perfect location! In descent walking distance from several malls and restaurants. Breakfast was good enough to jump start your day while the hotel restaurant provided some good options for dinner/in room service. The room was spacious enough and very comfortable.
Unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on close by (this is however not the hotels fault) which starts really early in the morning. But I'm sure this is seasonal, once updates/construction are done there won't be problems with noise.

Front Desk Staff was great, Breakfast staff was there to please and did a great job.
The security also seemed sufficient. The Papaya was great and we had it every morning.The variety of everything made a very good breakfast.
A King sized bed would have been better. My wife said a rice pupusa with chese and mushrooms would be a great dish for her gluten free diet.
