My favorite stay hotel. I like everything except one thing.
I did not like the fact that everywhere I passed by cleaning services were hiding to chat or talk on cell phones. I did not see that in my previous stays until my last trip.

Your staff is nice- I asked for a wheelchair accessible room the bathroom was horrible and the shower bench was dirty it later broke on me
You have no idea what a wheelchair accessible room is and your ramps are old and are very dangerous for wheelchair

Not much.
This hotel is outrageously overpriced for what it offers. For the rates they charge, I expected at least basic functionality and minimal service. Instead, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in years.
The internet did not work at all. Not slow, not intermittent, completely unusable. This alone makes the hotel unacceptable, especially given the price point.
Service was equally terrible. Staff were indifferent, unresponsive, and clearly uninterested in helping guests. The low point was the bathroom. The toilet was clogged and unusable. We immediately reported the issue and explicitly stated that it was urgent. Nobody showed up. We waited over an hour with no follow-up, no explanation, and no apology.
Charging premium prices while failing at the absolute basics is unacceptable. Poor service, broken internet, and an unusable bathroom are not minor inconveniences. They are deal breakers. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

The hotel is very nice worth the money you pay for. The rooms are extremely clean. The beds are super comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was great with a lot of variety of food to choose from. The staff is friendly and attentive.
When I booked the reservation on booking.com I specifically made sure to add the buffet breakfast to the reservation. When I arrived and checked in I specifically made sure to tell the receptionist my reservation had breakfast included. She agreed and said yes that's correct and gave me some blue breakfast coupons with my room number. After eating breakfast the next day as we were leaving we were charged $60 for breakfast. As I was heading to the receptionist to complain the restaurant manager approached me and told me there was an error and gave me a refund. The problem was taken care of but I wish I didn't have to go thru all that. Maybe there needs to be better communication between booking.com and the hotels when it comes to having breakfast included with the reservation.

I liked that it was clean . We needed a refrigerator in our room to store my sons medicine and they were able to provide us with it.
The hotel was also near a lot of things.
Maybe better lighting, it was a bit dim.

The breakfast buffet was amazing and really delicious, the staff was really polite and they make you feel like royalty, they also communicate up front if there might be extra charges, the room was clean and the beds felt like made of clouds, really comfortable
I stayed on the 7th floor and it was ok, the excecutive snack bar was really poor and it was not worth the upgrade, the view was awful and they had no warm water, we wanted to shower with my family and no one could get warm water, the facilities are really boring and there's nothing much to, the pool is really tiny and they wasted space on the empty areas besides the pool, they could make a bigger water attraction but I bet they're greedy, this hotel is great for business trips, not pleasure or vacational trips, they have a "happy hour" but that was not a happy hour, it was a "drink only 2 glasses then leave"
