the apartment was great. the staff was lovely. our room wasn't quite ready yet at check in time but they let us check in and just delivered towels later. they provided us with a crib, which was great. they even refunded me the night we didn't need although Booking.com had said that wasn't possible. so grateful!
the only thing was the crib mattress was still in its plastic bag that it arrived in new and every time my baby rolled over, the plastic crinkling woke me up. so i would suggest a QUIET mattress cover, if the mattress isn't waterproof.

Lizard in room.
Bad smell in the room.
Lighting does not work properly. Room is dark.
Everything around the hotel closes extremely early (especially on weekends). Not even pharmacies or restaurants stay open.

Good breakfast. Excellent personnel. Excellent location. Personnel at the front desk were very kind and very helpful. We could not make the TV to work.
The bathroom. The bathtub was very high. No handles anywhere and safety was not that good. It should be a standing shower and leveled. Not as high as the bathtub. The room was too dark and it seemed not upgraded in a very long time.

This was a great hotel; it is located some distance from the center of San Salvador, but cabs are cheap and plentiful. The room was somewhat dated, but large, clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and the breakfast was good

Facilities are beautiful, clean and well maintained. Beds are super comfortable and breakfast options are delicious! Customer service is excellent! They go the extra mile providing umbrellas for your use since it does get rainy in the area.
No pool or hot tub but it’s okay since we were out all day. Also, juices are not included in the regular breakfast, note they will be extra $.

Everything but ..... the phone call we got after out clothing was delivered in our room, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
The way they call us about our dry cleaner service, this is not our first time here , our dry cleaner service was delivered to our room and right away they called us with this words "you don't have any credit here " you must come down stairs to pay for that service. SHAME ON YOU!! IF WE SPEND AN XTRA NIGHT JUST TO CHECK IN THE 10TH NOT THE 9TH WHAT MAJE YOU THINK THAT WE CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY FOR THE DAMN SERVICE

Rooms are looking a bit old, not refurbished for some time. Acoustics isolation towards the outside is not the best.
