The hotel location was great. Enough food options nearby. Easy pickup ans dropoff from Uber. Pool was nice.
The breakfast was a little chaotic. There was a waitlist for seating which felt unnecessary. The food was bland but with enough options. It was way too crowded around the omelette and pupusa station.

Gorgeous hotel in every way. Our room was huge and housekeeping was immaculate. Breakfast featured a large choice of items. The meals we had were all well prepared. The hotel is located in a pleasant area near other restaurants and a mall. They arranged a tour of the city and a rental car for us. Staff very helpful and friendly

The building has an exterior and interior design that looks very nice and modern.

The facilities are nice if a bit old , the Sunday buffet was great and the pool was cold and refreshing. The beauty parlor staff was the best part
Service is slow and a bit rude. Most is the staff was short tempered , we couldn’t even get enough pool towels and they offered to bring more out that never happened.

I loved the restaurants, bar and the whole experience, you have everything in this hotel from shops to restaurants and a very nice bar , I really recommend it, I would definitely go back

I honestly do not believe this hotel is worth the high price they are charging. The rates are extremely expensive for what is offered. The hotel itself feels quite old, and even the furniture and facilities appear outdated.
In addition, there seems to be a serious lack of coordination among the staff. Due to internal miscommunication and mistakes on their part, I ended up losing a room that I had already reserved. This was very disappointing and unprofessional.
Considering the price level, I expected a much higher standard of service and organization.

This is a wonderful old style hotel with modern amenities. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was amazing --huge selection of great options. And staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

The are where the hotel is located. There are lots of options to go around, stores, hotel restaurants, and walk inside the hotel.
The laundry charges. It is best to take back home your dirty clothes, only because the charges for a few pieces were ridiculous. Next time, for sure will bring them back dirty or find a better option.

Nice property and very cozy.
One suggestion: the hotel should improve the bedding system. Most rooms only have two double beds. They should redesign mixing up, for example, rooms with one king bed and double bed. The rooms are large enough to accommodate this arrangement. In this sense the hotel is lacking.
