Super bad experience with this people. Absolutely no customer service or communication. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and below expectations for a property listed on Booking.com. • The Wi-Fi never worked properly: after connecting to the “Valleverde-N1” network, a NEXXT Solutions admin portal appeared asking for administrator credentials, which were not provided or solved despite our communication attempts. • The kitchen was practically unusable: the electric stove was extremely slow (took around 45 minutes to cook simple scrambled eggs), cooking utensils had to be washed before use due to cobwebs, and electrical appliances used unsafe plug adapters without grounding. • The refrigerator/freezer was unplugged upon arrival, had an unpleasant odor, and took several hours to cool. • The bathroom dispenser had no hand soap, and the water heater required an impractical workaround (leaving the sink tap open for 5 minutes before using the shower), which wastes water and time. • There was visible dust and lack of cleaning, inconsistent with what’s expected before a guest’s arrival. • The bottled water provided had an unusual plastic or chemical taste and was undrinkable. • Several light switches didn’t work, and the kitchen setup didn’t match the listing photos (it showed a gas stove, not an inefficient dual electric burner). • Shampoo and conditioner provided were insufficient for a three-night stay. • Finally, there was a $100 USD cash deposit required at check-in that was not mentioned in the listing, which was unexpected and inconvenient. So, yeah, the property feels misrepresented in the listing, and the amenities don’t function as advertised.

No air condition

No AC unless we paid extra. Insects inside the apartment as they had cracks in the window frame. Old furniture. Bats at night. We accidentally broke a glass table top that was floating on the table with nothing holding it down and we were charged $75 for it when nowhere in the States would cost over $20 bucks. Staff would come into the room without asking. In fact, I asked the lady not to come in and she still did.No window covers. People could see in. The only window that had drapes, they were installed wrong where they could not be closed completely and that was the bedroom.

This place is very colonial, don’t expect elevators!

This hotel's listing is an outright lie, and the very worst, scammy experience I've ever had in 20 years using Booking.com. In searching for a "San Salvador hotel", I found their listing, which claimed to be 2.6 miles from the center. In fact, it is over *ten* miles from most neighborhoods of San Salvador. Do NOT book here unless you have a car, as the transport just to get down the congested, winding 9+ km mountain road back to the highway costs $20 each way -- and probably $30 each way into San Salvador itself! We left after one night, expecting to be charged for two nights, due to our late afternoon departure for an in-city hotel, BUT the owner/manager angrily refused to refund any of the additional five nights paid for, saying she would only offer us future credit -- which would be useless to us, for the reasons above. It's a good thing we hadn't yet paid the $100 cash security deposit they demanded when we arrived! (Our delayed payment of that "fee" was due to our late night arrival and very early taxi ride out to meet business contacts). The owner/manager surely would have kept that amount as well. Booking.com claimed they could not provide us any assistance in returning any of my deposit, that we had to work it out with the owner. But our El Salvadoran business contact had already spoken to the owner as she was helping us to leave early, and reported that the owner was "furious" over our cancellation, so discussing anything with her would have bern futile!! We lost over $250 on this booking. The apartment itself was clean but unappealing, clearly aged, with several nonfunctioning wall switches. The bottled water provided tasted horrible!!

was not easy to find the main entrance, unless you been there before

It's really hard to find, especially driving at night, hidden away behind a big steel gate with an armed security guard and almost no visible sign. Look for the veterinary clinic next door. And there's no restaurant, although there's a decent place for breakfast a short walk from the hotel, with a nice view over Lake Ilopango. The room was pretty ordinary in relation to the price, and there was almost no water pressure in the bathroom.

The bed was uncomfortable and the hot water ran out rather quickly.

Because there is often extremely heavy traffic on the main road leading to the hotel, it can take a long time to get there or to get anywhere else from the hotel.
