It’s clean but the can do better with the pots around the Pool with the empty plants . From the front of the property when we arrived wasn’t impressive , we thought it need a power wash , and thankfully we notice two days after it indeed did had a power wash . Appearance at first sigue is important for business in the hospitality industry
Most of our stay the elevator wasn’t working and had to resort to use the stairs , but in our last day of stay the elevator came back operations then went Down again after a few hours

The place was quite clean, the staff were pleasant and breakfast was stellar.
We confirmed with the hotel on late arrival but there were no toiletries and drinking water when we got there. We had to ask for these the next morning. The atrium roof over the pool was falling apart and pieces fell, making it unsafe for the children to use the pool. I was told repairs are in progress. Not good enough, this was dangerous. We had to shorten our stay and go to a resort.

We were served a freshly prepared breakfast consisting of toast, croissants, pastries, local fruit, yoghurt, juice, fried fish and eggs. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. For instance, they can call taxi for you. The hotel only cooperates with registered taxi companies. Security is available 24/7, so a peaceful sleep is guaranteed in the spacious, air-conditioned rooms. Major plus of the hotel is that its closely located to the nightlife area. A taxi drive under 2 min will bring you to the nicest restaurants (and bubble tea shop!) in Van Sommelsdijckstraat, and my favorite pastry shop Tangelo. Opposite Tangelo is Princess Casino, one of the biggest casino's in Suriname, worth paying a visit!

It was a good choice of hotel.
Location is great.
There is a system In Place that I don’t like. A cash deposit. I was told that no one would not be there in the morning at my time of checkout 230am (most flights leave Suriname in the morning so o don’t know why no one is there to facilitate the checkout of guest) to return my deposit. I made the decision to checkout as no other viable option was provided. Leave the key and a bank account number… I am not a local. And I think it’s not worth it for them to send 100usd to an account then for fees to be discounted for that transfer. I basically had to take the decision to check out. They were kind enough to allow me to stay in the lobby and accompanied by one security guard and many mosquitoes.

It was a pleasure as all amenities are provided with very friendly staff. The cook was amazing, even though I only had breakfast there, it was more than I expected (fruits, fish, prawns, eggs, breads).

It wasn’t located near any shops. But there were many restaurants/bars in the neighborhood.

Eatable at least they had almost the necessary however very limited
I book for 4 nights I was force to leave before time I had to sleep on the couch because the taxi driver had to pick me me up early so I paid 4 nights and I wasn’t even refunded or apology was given i felt treated like a dawg very bad service from the management and employees

Everything tasted good and worth your money❤️I would recommend anyone to stay there and,, I will visit there anytime I’m in Suriname I love the area of the location is is nice and quiet in the day and night ..
The pool is too deep I think if should have a shallow part cause I did not get a chance to enter the pool it is too deep sorry??and if I wanna take my kids to have fun I can’t cause of the pool ??

The staff was courteous and friendly.the location is near to good restaurants .it's very easy to find.
We were overcharged,the room. Was really not worth the price.its not very clean look under the bed ,there's so much dust and I found a ? as soon as I entered the room.no restaurant on site,you have to order food 24 hr in advance if you need it.at breakfast they always ran out of food.it was a very unpleasant experience.

Check in/out process too time consuming, we had to deposit 100 euro, paying only possible with visa or cash, no master, no amex, minibar too expensive, a real rip off, simple breakfast, rate too expensive, elevator out of service, dangerour staircase, paint of handrail came off, what more ....

room was good and clean and staff was very helpful and friendly
The card lock of the room did not work. we had to ask the staff to open the room door every time. The fridge in the room was not working. We reported that and it never was resolved. Amount of light in the room is not enough. Hotel Restaurant was closed and very limited sort of drinks possible to order in this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful with a nice view.. calm .. not to far from town.
BUT the front desk personnel was awful during my stay ( from the 25th to 26th of febuary) she didn't allow any visitors.. i paid for the luxury suite and at the end of my stay i had to refund over 3000 srd because i drank tha water, the cofee and used the mini bar.
We even pay for 4 hours pool but had to come out after 30 mins !!!
She refuses to call up the manager she even blocked to exit of the Hotel.
She was disrespectful and awful. She bugged out phone line every single time .. i can't understand i paid my money and had such a pooor very poor treatment!!
