The AC in one of the rooms was not cooling as it should. Other than that, I would return and also recommend others. The host lady is fantastic indeed.

The host (the owner's neice) was very friendly, helpful and went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable.
I believe that they could have been a bit more organised in terms of new guest reception as there was a bit of a hiccup when I arrived and it took some while to get me settled in the apartment.

It was in a good location, value our money. It has a friendly staff who is always willing to help.
Instructions on using the washing machine should have been installed..not everyone is familiar with using that type of machinery and setting them to your desired level is not straightforward.

Easy to book. We actually made a snap decision to book on the day of. The host was responsive and checked us in with an inventory checklist when we arrived. There are a wide range of amenities, including a cool clean pool. The host was also willing to be flexible with the check out process and the deposit.
We noticed that the bathroom was not draining properly. However, the host is attentive and I am sure they will look into any issues brought to their attention.
