The photos on the page doesn't give justice to how beautiful the resort is. It is beautiful, calming and relaxing. The hosts are exceptional. My niece accidentally ripped her finger nail while playing and the first response service received from the host was exceptional. I give kekemba 5 ⭐ rating. Would definitely be returning.

excellent communication from staff pre-arrival with lots of helpful tips. the rooms had all the kitchen utensils you would need. pleasant central relaxation area with pool. quiet neighbourhood. friendly staff. clean. mosquito nets provided.
a bit far from town, but a pleasant 45- minute walk to centre, which i did daily (and a taxi would of course be an alternative and would be reasonable). on the other hand, location was quieter than an in-town location would have been.

Thanks to Lloyd for being such a friendly and helpful host. Kekemba has ten rooms around a nice salt water pool (perfect after the heat of the day) with a tropical feel as on the edge of some forest. All rooms have the usual facilities and include basic cooking too. Parking available on site. Around 15 mins walk to the zoo or 35 to the town but plenty of taxis available too. Mini market three doors away (also cooks food on notice) but no catering on site or nearby.

Friendly check-in and check out, the apartment were comfortable, safe neighborhood, wifi, free parking, tv in the bedrooms and in the living room, Netflix available, fridge, stove, patio.
The pool needs maintenance, 5% extra when you pay with credit /debit card.

We were met on arrival by the host. The apartment is well appointed. It is more than adequately cooled. Superbly comfortable. There is a private outdoor patio. Cleanliness exceeded expectations. All the appliances were functional. This is our second time staying at Kekember. We have rated it highly because it is warranted. It makes one wish one could own such a property and manage it as well as it is. Our thanks to the hosts. We were far from the madding crowd for our entire stay. Keep up the good work Kekember. There is a holistic feel to Kekember, it heals. Amazing value for money.
The northern wall had transparent glass "bricks or tiles". The option to block the natural light would be nice. The motion sensor-controlled lighting in the foyer outside of the east of the apartment should be wired to be overridden. The lights took too long to turn off.
