Breakfast was nice, pool was nice, WiFi worked well inside and around the property, staff are friendly
We paid for a room advertised with a pool view with balcony but instead we got a terrace with no pool view, very disappointing and misleading from the property

location, excellent swimming pool, nice breakfast, cleaning was done very well, felt very safe at the establishment
the laundary system feels fraudelent, we filled one basket and were charged for three. the laundry team was quite hostile. the hotel restaurant was not vegetarian friendly. the services were a bit bleak compared to other establishments (for instance, there was no water tap available to refill your water bottles)

The receptionist service was excellent ? and on point, the lady are very responsible and respectful to me and my son,I appreciate they help , It was my first visit, and I would be visiting sometime soon ?

Disappointing
The swimming pool & the jacuzzi. The breakfast was just fine.
The staff are rather impolite & portray an unhappy outlook. There are many mosquitoes in the pool & restaurant area. The place is rather old & the room are stuffy & has a odour. No coffee, cups or spoons or shower gel & shampoo. Will not recommend this place!
