Great staff!! Nice back area with pool, comfy rooms and nice breakfast
Bathrooms drainage little unfortunate located most to toilet and sink, so feet will get wet after shower. Nice breakfast concept, you can choose which breakfast however reception did not mention you need to fill this for every day, so the second day the ladies in the kitchen did nit expect us or had prepared a table.

Hospitable staff and comfortable environment with a very tropical-cozy vibe. It's a neat little gem tucked away in the city. Whether you're there for business or leisure, solo or group travel, I'd recommend this property for that home away from home experience. Kudos to Marissa and the rest of the staff for being attentive and accommodating.

Lovely stay at Holland Lodge. Lucy gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel at home straightaway. Very quiet, cozy boutique hotel with a nice pool. Extra plus: They are eco friendly (refilling water, choosing your breakfast the day before to minimize waste etc.)
The rooms was rather small, however we were not in our room most of the time so it did not influence the overall experience of our stay :)

Friendly and helpful staff. A really nice pool and seating area. Room was clean and pleasant. A 10-15 minute walk to the centre/fort. Nice breakfast, and they kindly did a box breakfast for when we left early morning

Before I even got there they were very communicative and friendly, and organised an airport transfer for me. As soon as I arrived they gave me a delicious welcome juice, and my room was already nice and cold from the AC (much needed in the kind of heat they have here!)
For the duration of my stay every member of staff was so friendly, chatting to me, giving me recommendations, and making me feel very welcome.
The room was lovely and clean and well equipped, most importantly with a powerful AC and a decent sized fridge! The communal living/restaurant area downstairs was great to sit in, lots of choices of places to sit (including a hanging egg chair which was my personal favourite), with great WiFi.
Also a good location near lots of shops and restaurants, and close to lots of the sights of Paramaribo.
All for a much better price than the Marriott/Torarica resort/etc.
I wish I could have stayed longer!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Holland Lodge. The staff was so kind and accommodating, it felt like a visit with family or friends. Colleagues of mine stayed at a larger chain hotel, and I was so happy that I chose to stay at the Holland Lodge. It felt as though I experienced more of the city and culture with the people here.
