The hotel is round down it smells really bad,breakfast is nothing much to look forward too and they want u to pay 5% on your total bill because that's what the merchant has to pay back to the bank if ur using ur visa/mastercard....not worth staying here.

Location - city center so easy to move and to explore
The hotel is nice but the restaurant do nor propose a lot of meal. The same for the breakfast. It’s really simple and not a lot of variety of meals

The staff, the confort, the safety. Location was excellent. Food was great.
The fact that the hotel was blacklisted because of my request for an upgrade in rooms because the standard couldn't fix my family and I. I also didn't like the fact that without consulting me about a supposed camcellation booking blacklisted the hotel. I sent an email via this platform on Thursday last asking for an explanation regarding the hotel being blacklisted and to date I haven't received a reaponse.

Problems with their connection forced me to pay cash instead of with a credit card, even after multiple attempts. Rooms above the “Great Blue Bar”

Breakfast close off too early never got any.
I made a request to check out a day early and was denied
So.i lost a $125 usd for non reason. Very disappointed

Staff absolutley super friendly, helpful and extremely welcoming, first class.
Hotel itself a little dated, but comfortable nevertheless.
Food was very good, breakfast choice limited, but enjoyable.
Pretty poor to know that earleist check in is 1600hrs, this really ought be be brought forward to a more reasonable 1400hrs, gives plenty of turnover time, as a "genius level2" booking.com member, I spend many nights in hotels and I no good reason for this really.
All in all, I'd stay again in a hearbeat.
