Great location with ok staff service
Unfortunately the room had a bad sweaty odor including the pillows and the sheets , and also the bath space is very tight .

The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything. The breakfast was amazing, so many options! It was really easy to walk to the city center. The food was amazing. The room was clean. Beautiful plants and animals. What's not to like!

Wonderful
The pool and the bar. The decor and the beds. Great atmosphere of the property. Loved it.
There was a very rude woman who checked in our group. I dont know her name but she was nasty. The other staff were excellent.

Breakfast was excellent. Local dishes were varied every day. A view from the poolside bar to the river was great. I personally like this hotel much better than Trarica resort.
A bit far from the city center. No ATM in the hotel. No towel service at the swimming pool.

Room was a bit smaller then expected but not surprised considering this is "ECO" Torarica. We had breakfast at Torarica and it was satisfactory. I have no complaints about the location.
I had planned a surprise room decoration for my wife (considering are 16th anniversary) but there was a mistake made on the part of the decorator which messed up the surprise.

We enjoyed the clean yard and garden space
The music sound level from surrounding properties made it unbearable to sleep some nights
Also the fact that you have to reserve space in advance should you want to have breakfast at the other properties.

Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms.
Parking issue. Even though the booking came with parking rights, there wasn't any parking available, due to a private party the hotel hosted.

Problem is that the AC cannot be changed and the room was too cold, especially at night. It would also be nice to have more vegetarian options on the menu

Room was surprisingly good compared to similar price paid in Trinidad while in transit. I liked the fact that we were able to use the amenities at Royal Torarica. It was a short walk to it. We made use of the Padel-Court, had breakfast there as well and also had my hair done at the salon.
