My friends and I planned a snowboarding trip and this place was perfect! 2 minute walk to the bus stop to get to town or to the snow mountain! The best thing about the bus stop is when you get on the ski bus at the busy early morning times, it isn't too full so the bus does not pass you. Heaters in every room was great. They kindly upgraded us to an apartment to which gave us lovely views of the snowy mountains in the morning and night. The rooms are also very quite, you don't hear your neighbors or cars going by which is great for those light sleepers.
Everything was great! There was nothing my friends and I would criticize about this place. Affordable, comfortable and extremely convenient.

I would say the only PLUS in this property is: its relatively close to the Jasna ski resort (and there is a bus stop located just 6min walk). After this, everything else is a disaster.
UPDATE on my review, based on the owner's answer (I write it here because you can't do this in the "bad" section):
1. Regarding utensils and the kitchen: It's a shared kitchen. The kitchen was smelly.
2. Room and photos: The photos do not look like the actual room. You can check the Booking photos and then my photos from the review. White linen? No wooden walls? No modern bathroom (like in the photos)? NO.
3. Choose the room: I was not allowed to make any choice and was given the first room on the second floor.
4. Food, party, alcohol: I'm vegiterian and do not drink alcohol. I arrived to this apartment with my wife and there was no parties or ANY noise from our room. We prefer quite stay and chill. So I do not understand why this host is writing all this nonsense about suitcase full of meat, party in his room, etc.
To sum up: the owner's answer is just defending the apartment and trying to put the "last word" on top of mine (saying that I was drunk, partying, and a meat eater). But all this is completely false and lies.
To the owner: I believe you are a good guy, but please, do not lie. I wish you to have great guests and improve your apartment to the highest standards!
This is a very poor experience, I do not know where to start, but let's start point-by-point:
* Check-in: you can pay in cash only, and the only option where you can withdraw the money, is Euronet (that takes 5e fee). This is not acceptable in 2025 to be cash-only for hotels or apartments.
* First look: this apartment teleports you 20-30 years back to soviet times, with a smelly kitchen (greasy smell), poorly maintained facility, and doors from 90th (key will be in photos, it has some rubber bands, stupid attachments etc, definitely not an apartment-room key).
* The room: first, what "greets" you is smell. room smells like an old granny coat. all the furniture (except the double bunk bed from Ikea) is old. Blankets - old, pillows - old and need to be replaced, towels - old, smelly and we did not use them. The lamps don't work, I found PEACE OF MEAT ON MY BED TABLE. Overall: this room looks like you arrive to some poorly maintained student dormitory.
* Bathroom: tiny mirror (rectangular, size of two bricks), some old smelly cloth hanging on eye-level, old shower head, mold, mold, mold. We did not use a shower in this apartment and only walk in sleepers.
* extra points: its different from what you see on photos (at least it was our case), it's cold (heaters were not working correctly), no insulation (you can here everything and everyone), no outlets, no cups (suitable for usage and clean), smelly and noisy fridge (we turned it off during the night, coz it was impossible to sleep).
After the first night we checked-out and did not continue our stay. Overall, you can find a better option for the same money.
Total: I rate this apartment as complete disappointment. This is the worst experience I had with hotels/apartments booked via Booking/airbnb.

It was a very last minute reservation and after the arrival we got a beautiful and spacious apartment instead of a small room for 4 people :) We had a private bathroom, kitchen and a really nice balcony! We really enjoyed our stay here and had a good rest during the weekend. Ďakujem!

Great location, good parking, family friendly, able to book last minute
We had to book an accomodation last minute so we were happy with what we've got, but we definitely won't be staying here again.
On arrival it turned out we can only pay with cash(this information was not shared with us before in any way) so we had to walk to the closest atm. Our room was small, especially for 3 people, the beds old and creaky with old bedspreads. The water wasn't always warm, which isn't that pleasant in the winter after snowboarding the whole day. The room wasn't the cleanest, we had some spiderwebs here and there and we couldn't really open or close the fridge properly.
However all these surprises didn't bother us as much as the LOUD loud family above us(I think the owners'?). We could hear everything as is, but the kids would scream and shout until late in the evening and start again at 5-6 in the morning, not even mentioning the running and stumping around. They also had an alarm set at 5-6 which would go off every 2 minutes until after 7. We stayed 3 nights, but didn't sleep a minute.

The price - quality ratio was good. Simple rooms. Nothing special, but for such price OK.
The approach of the host. He was pretty unpleasant. Really poor in communication. Asked for additional local tax, even though that the booking.com description says that taxes are included. Later, host was not really in a mood give me official invoice :-(

Relax Jasna is a very good place to stay, the value for money rate is unbeatable. Facilities are nice and well maintained and the location itself is right between Liptovsky Mikulas and Jasna, so close to everything. We moved around by bus and it was no issue, the bus stop is right by the property, across the parking lot. The room was well maintained and had everything you needed for a nice stay. Equipped kitchen and everything, there is also a communal kitchen available.
If anything maybe the wifi was not always super strong in our building, but as there are 3 different networks it was a matter of switching from one to another and then everything was fine, all in all a very minor issue that does not detract from the score.
