+Livia, our kind host met us on arrival and showed us the apartment.
+It was sparkling clean, with a welcoming entry staircase.
+Its common area is very spacious, perhaps to a fault - some partitions could easily make another bathroom and bedroom from the common area and still leave plenty of spacious.
+Bedrooms are also quite large, with a large double bed in each. A baby crib was provided, along with an extra single bed in the living room area and large sofa that could be slept on by 2-3 people if one really needed.
+Super-central location made a good base for our ski trip. It's just a short walk from a grocery store and multiple restaurants.
+Good value for money.
-1 bathroom only accessible through 1 bedroom.
-Poor soundproofing - hear music & muffled conversations from the adjacent apartment.
-Not cozy inside the flat, a converted commercial space
-Needed to pay in cash

This was a great accommodation. The hostess was very very careful. One felt like at home!
Location top, clean and warm.
Single thing that could trouble someone, that access to the bathroom goes through a bedroom.
