The room smelled of smokers. A significant part of the equipment is worn out and out of repair, despite the fact that, in my opinion, only a small effort is needed - poorly fastened curtains, broken kettle, incorrectly set radio alarm clock

The hotel did its job. It felt safe and was generally clean. The location is quite good, as it is just on the border of the city center. It is only about a 1 km walk to the Young Angels Stadium and much less than that to the main square and cathedral. The staff were very friendly at check-in. The hotel has parking directly in front of the building and covered parking if you require it. I was in a room with two twin beds, and the beds were alright. I slept well, and it was a quiet hotel. The bathroom was newly remodeled and was really nice looking. The shower was brand new and had one of those open designs (very swanky).
Everything about the hotel was good, and I would stay here again. However, when I write a review, I try to find areas for improvement to let others know about it. The surrounding buildings need some loving care, but the area is completely safe. The room is quite dated and may have been remodeled 25 years ago (with the exception of the bathroom, which looked brand new). I would skip the breakfast, as it wasn't all that great. It could have been that I went too early, as I was there at 7:30 when it opened. It didn't have that wide of a selection of food (fried eggs, sausage, bread, cereal, yogurt). I like a warm breakfast and one on the larger side, because I can then have a light lunch.

Room and the bathroom were big, clean and very nice. The building itself is old so the common area doesn't look that appealing, but don't let that influence your opinion, the rooms are a whole another level! Location is superb, in the city center just few steps from the cathedral.
Breakfast needs improvement - my request for dietary needs was accepted so I paid for it, but the staff was not aware of my request and I had to ask the breakfast cook to make me scrambled eggs (not in the buffet) as there was nothing I could eat (the breakfast was not sufficient even for a healthy person). But I can imagine not having breakfast there, the rest of the stay was really great - room, location and the value 100%, I'll come back next time.

Our team had a very pleasant stay at Hotel TeleDom during our business trip to Košice. For a budget-friendly hotel, it offered everything we needed – spacious and well-heated rooms, which made a real difference during the days with shifting temperatures. The location was convenient and quiet, within easy reach of the city center. We also appreciated the good breakfast.
Overall, a solid B for comfort, practicality, and value. We would gladly return on a future visit – in fact, this stay was a return visit following a positive accommodation experience in the past.
If we may offer a few suggestions for improvement, the main issue was the bathroom ventilation. The fan turns on automatically with the light and is quite loud. Additionally, the bathroom has no floor drain apart from the one in the shower. Since the shower area is open with glass partitions, some water naturally spreads to the rest of the bathroom floor. Without an extra drain, the moisture either needs to evaporate through the ventilation system or wait until housekeeping takes care of it – which, as expected in a budget hotel, may not happen daily.
This didn’t significantly affect our overall experience, but we believe it's worth mentioning as a point for possible improvement.

Not much. The location, I guess.
I received 3 phishing emails from their (obviously compromised) booking account. So rest assured your data is safe. Like publicly available in the darknet safe.
The room itself was not great, but okay. They have these annoying cold blue LED lights. The walls are very thin, so you can perfectly hear your neighbor snorring. The description said there should be a hairdryer but it was missing. Staff forgot to clean the room one day, which can happen. Without the multiple phishing attempts I would have given the hotel a 6 or maybe even a 7, but the lack of cybersecurity is not acceptable.
