It was super clean everywhere. A very sweet receptionist, who was so kind and polite! Nice breakfast.
Other customers who laughed and spoke loudly walked upstairs and downstairs all the time after 23:00.

I liked the location near center (and marathon start), I liked the hotel itself - not luxury, but worth it's price. Clean, not trying to look like more than it is. Very good breakfast options, even if you come hour after it started. I liked the stay and I will definitely consider it for next years.
I missed parking options (I mean hotel parking place with parking in price or at least better than on the street) and I would also love to have elevator after marathon :) but none of it was a big deal. Just nice to have.

Room was clean, everything you need was there. Locations is perfect. Convenient access to all the downtown places.
Maybe a little noise as construction is going right near the entrance.

The hotel is very clean and cozy. Considering it isolated from the surroundings, it makes a good impression.
I'd suggest paying more attention to the smoking places' comfortability (e. g. 1) Fix all(!) balcony doors, 2) making the balcony doors fixed in the closed state and being locked from both sides.). I'd also suggest using the better quality door closers and fix the issue described below: Problem: The door hitting the frame directly can create a loud thud. Solution: Self-adhesive clear rubber bumpers: Apply these to the door frame where the door makes contact when closed. Felt pads: Similar to rubber bumpers, but softer. Cabinet door dampeners: Small, spring-loaded devices that slow the door just before it closes.

Very good location, next to the train and bus station - just 8 min away walk, friendly and helpful staff. They also have a small kitchen and a fridge you can use. 5 min from a big department store.
