Location, staff, silence
Many of the crafts there were not finished, for example floors and wall paintings. Some furniture was broken. Just details, but it looks like nobody cares, neglected.

The facility is located one block from the main street in the Old Town. Reception was helpful, cheery and competent. The room was large. TV was available, though I didn't use it. The place was quiet at night.
The building has steps in unexpected places, so one has to be careful. Breakfast was cold only (except drinks), mainly bread, cold cuts, and dairy, with some sweets thrown in. There was no shower, only a tub with no shower curtain. No refrigerator was available. Overall, I thought it was a bit pricey for what it offered.

Staff were great, everything went smooth. The placement is good, close to the centre.
It was not clean, the room was pretty strange, the towels and the bedsheets were old, the pillow was really awful. The price was too big for what it offered, we paid 65 euros for one night + 5 euros for parking.

The only good thing was the location but you can find better places for the same money.
The room didn’t match the pictures from booking.com at all. One window is bricked up and another one was facing the courtyard with no curtains so I had a light from there all night. Pillows were uncomfortable, some furniture broken and impossible to close the door to the bedroom. Wi-Fi signal was terrible. I had a flight at 5 am in the morning so didn't even ask about the issue with the room as was just too tired and needed to sleep a little bit. Stay away from this place.

Everything was cool.
Large room, enormous restroom with the bathtub.
Very warm, our trip was in the middle of October.
The breakfast is simple, but totally enough.
Stairs are quite challenging ? you should be sporty.

After reading all opinions I was afraid but it turned out really well! Location is 10/10, close to the city center, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was good. You can make a sandwich with ham and cheese with some vegetables or take some cereal with yogurt. Also for coffee there is a normal coffee you can pour with water, not only instant coffee. Oh, and the inner yard we really liked
Room was ok, you can see it's a bit old but they are trying. Bathroom was newer that the rest of room
The towels had a stale smell, could be dried better. The walls are quite thin but it's older building so no surprise

It was very adequate but 3rd floor without an elevator was a stretch for me, but was very thankful the girl at the desk helped me.. Location was great.. It would be nice to have a hot water pot in the room and I like eggs for breakfast so missed that but was a fine breakfast anyway.

Location is close to Old Town Kosice.
Wrong entry pin code for key box given through booking. No answer after calling 6 times , standing outside the hotel in -4° for over 30 minutes. When the staff answered the call we received a pin code for the entrance but were given a wrong room. Another pin code was given and then had to climb 3 floors to get to the correct room.

Stayed here before so knew what to expect. Amazing location, always friendly, breakfast ready at 7am and plenty to choose from.
Room warm, shower hot, bed comfortable.
Its not the Ritz, its what you pay for so no complaints.
If you sort results by price don't complain.
Nothing to moan about and i like moaning. Maybe soap in the shower.

The breakfast was very well presented, there was an excellent choice of food and hot drinks, the breakfast room was spacious, it was very pleasant overall.
No lifts to second floor, which made it difficult to carry the luggage.
