I was a bit surprised when asked to pay extra 5 euros for turning air conditioner on. Usually this facility is included in the room rate.

Very good location, right by the centre, 15 walking minutes from/to the bus station. Comfortable room. Very good breakfast. For a mother and a daughter visiting Kosice for a couple of days, just perfect.
The guy at the front desk (don't know his name) speaks very little English. As we don't speak Slovak, communication was next to impossible. Not a big problem though, as long as you don't have any important questions.

– The location is very good, in the centre of Košice.
– Impeccably clean.
– A very good breakfast.
– The room was not too light, with roof windows only, and a weaker screen instead of curtains. But this is manageable

The staff was exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. The room was cozy and comfortable, with air conditioning available. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering plenty of options to start the day.
There was some mold in the bathroom and the cleanliness was not perfect, but for the price, it was acceptable. The air conditioner emitted an unpleasant odor when first turned on, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Another issue was the missing mosquito net on the window. The staff mentioned that it should have been there, but it seems the previous guest had removed or taken it. As a result, we had to deal with mosquitoes at night. However, I believe this issue has already been resolved, so future guests should not experience this problem.

Great location, it is 5-10 minutes from the rest of the old town. The town wakes up very late and sleeps late too. The room has a pretty good space and with the bonus bathtub.
Breakfast was just okay, they usually don't replenish the food. If you want to use the Aircon you have to pay 5 euros per day which I think is very weird for a hotel/pension to ask their costumer to pay for an Aircon.

Comfortable large room with a fridge, great location, and excellent choices of food and tea for breakfast.
At breakfast they had instant coffee so if you want espresso you have to pay extra.

Perfect hotel for my stay, room ideal for what I needed so quiet warm and shower perfect , breakfast has plenty of choice which was all fresh with lots of options , location was ideal to everything and Lucy on reception could not be more helpful and pleasant . Would stay here again if I visited Kosice

The hotel is in the middle of Kosice, in a very good position.

My room was unfortunately a bit dark because it's oriented to the internal yard and to the roofs of the neighborhood.
Maybe some fruits for breakfast would be a good idea.
The hotel's restaurant works unfortunately at lunch only, so for dinner you should search for another place.

Nice place, very close to the city center (5 minutes walk). The also provide parking lots inside or outside (you can choose but you have to pay extra). Breakfast was very good and various.
A little bit dusty here and there and a bit outdated. The curtains were very loose and the lights bothered me during the night. The owner closed the door to the parking garage after 8 pm and I guess you could not get to your car after that (but she warned us about that before)
