The hotel is centrally located in the historic old town. Room has good amenities and the breakfast was good too.
I booked this room because of the bath tub, and bath tub had no plug, therefore it was unusable. Also coming back to the hotel in the night, I would appriciate being able to open the front door by my room key, so I would not have to wake up or disturb the staff to open the door in the middle of the night.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel location was very close to Dóm svätej Alžbety.
Perhaps because it was a visit during the Easter holiday, the cleanliness of the room was a little bad.
Nevertheless, when I asked the staff to change the room, they immediately changed the room.

Wonderful
This is a very nice hotel, right in the centre of Košice.
The room was very big and well heated. The bathroom was large and very clean. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were friendly.
My only complaints are very minor: there was no handrail for getting into/out of the bath to have a shower, and the shower head didn't tilt so you had to stand right up against the bath taps.

This hotel is situated in the pedestrian area of the city centre. It is conveniently situated for the occasional business visitor who wants to spend time in the older part of the city.

Disappointing
Located in the city center at the old town.
Rooms were so so dark the lights were really bad. The curtains in the windows were washed first and last time at the opening. The breakfast wasn’t good,poor quality of food and service.

I liked the location as it was absolutely in the central of the town. The interior of the room was not bad, same with the breakfast which was average but ok.
The staff was flexible they were willing to give us new room when we asked for.
There was nothing extra which would make this exceprional. I hardly found anything to do inside the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, just a couple of hundred metres from the cathedral. But I think the best thing was the way the staff were so helpful…. The lady on reception went out of her way to solve minor issues like missing desk lights, broken key cards, which made the stay better. The restaurant staff at breakfast were very good as well.
The original room I had overlooked a wall and I asked to be moved.
