Great location. Great breakfast! Great retro hotel ?
Restaurant staff was on a very long smoking break, having us waiting (we were the only guests in the bar) for a long time, not even excusing herself.
Saturday morning 8am vacuum cleaning in front of our room.
It is all about the staff - more guest orientation would definitely be beneficial!
And i propose to buy a dryer, as the towels were rough and stinky from not being properly dried.

The staff was rude when I have asked to park a motorcycle into their parking lot. There was no communication from hotel side about parking facilities, that they has to be reserved, or that it is for extra cost. Even tho, there was a lot extra corners in that parking lot where motorcycle can be parked not taking full car space, and I would be happy to pay for it. But staff rudeness was bellow the ground. In the morning manager compensated the poor communication with slight discount. But still mood was ruined.

Friendly welcome, excellent staff, spacious room, lovely view. Very comfortable room. Able to borrow hairdryer, kettle from reception. Breakfast was great. Very handy to explore Kosice, so close to buses and train station.

The building has a bit of an old-world feel about it, but is comfortable and clean. The room we had was very large with a high ceiling. It had a small entrance area from which the bathroom lead, a couch and chairs and a large comfortable bed. The AC was quiet and worked well. We were in the busy street with the tram tracks but you hear no traffic noise- the double windows offer excellent sound proofing. A very good breakfast is provided.
The walls between rooms are very ‘thin’ and provide little protection against noisy neighbours - our first night we were kept awake until almost 2am by loud conversation between 4 or 5 people in the next room.
No shower - one of those bathtub with sprayer hose arrangements.

Relatively modern and comfortable hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly reception. Spacious rooms. Nice bathroom. Big shopping mall just opposite. Not far walk to the railway station.
A little bit expensive. And a little walk to the city center and the restaurants.

The hotel location is perfect. Just a short walk to the old town centre and about 15 minutes walk to the main rail and bus station. The hotel is very clean and immaculately decorated though a little old fashioned for our taste. It did look a little like a high class nursing home, but I'm being picky - all in all a great hotel and very pleasant stay.
