Professional staff, very good service. The hotel location is as well excellent, next to the main street, cafes, restaurants and historical places.
As strong wind was blowing, sounds from exterior was sounding like distant explosions; minor details could be improved for a better comfort of visitors, like the app setup on TV to allow easy access to popular channels like Netflix, YouTube etc.

Staff was nice and check-in was quick. Rooms are clean and spacious (especially bathroom) and well-equipped. Wi-fi is great.
Hotel is in the historic center, so perfectly placed for tourists visiting Kosice, but close enough to the train station, if you just need to sleep between travel.
There was some technical issue and hot water was available only from time to time and even then very spottily. The water (warm) was also dirty.
Beds are slightly too high, but that is nitpicking.

Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Košice was excellent. The hotel has a perfect location in the city center, within walking distance of the Old Town, main attractions, restaurants, and cafés.
The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a quiet atmosphere at night. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and high quality options.
The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. The warm DoubleTree cookie at check-in was a lovely touch
Highly recommended for couples, leisure travelers, and business stays.

Convenient location only just a few minutes walking from train station and is situated at the tip of needle-shaped old town center (some people call lens-shaped ). The staffs at front desk were so professional, friendly, good English and full of hospitality. Our room was big, airy, nice city view, bigger than normal bathroom and has good WiFi. Hotel also has bar and restaurant on site. I am strongly recommend this hotel if anyone plan a visit to Kosice.
Just in my opinion the water pressure in the shower should be a little bit more stronger. The design of the faucet at the basin can cause the huge waste of water from dripping if not turn off the faucet to the right spot.
