Very nice staff, good breakfast, good location (next to Nova Hola ski lift)
Not sure if they cleaned before our arrival. We had clean bed sheets and towels, but there was hair in the shower and dirt on the floor... Not the best experience.

The location and the view is amazing, the ski lift is almost right next to the building.
The food didn't have much variety and some (like the dessert) finished and wasn't refilled way before the end of dinner time window. The staff doesn't seem to be experienced with serving guests.

Great place, 50 m to ski lifts, stunning views. The food was superb each and every day.
The stuff don't speak much English. There were to few hangers or shelves in the room.

Disappointing
The only pros: we had a roof above our heads, heating, free parking and on site breakfast.
Cons:
- right in front of the pension's main entrance the pavement is covered with extra slippery ice and we dont find it normal even if it is winter
- we had to ask for big towels, they were simply not in the room (forgotten?!)
- there is no towel to step out of the shower (can be slippery and not hygienic)
- the shelf in our bathroom was missing (seemed broken and not replaced...)
- our shower hose was broken (functioning but...)
- the courtain is letting the light in (street lamps and the light of the parking cars can be disturbing if somebody wants to sleep)
- placing sensor light in the bathroom is not practical as if you take the shower longer than about 2 mins, the light goes down (hello darkness my old friend...)
- the room walls were a bit spotted, bit damaged, some parts seems dirty
- the quality of the toilet paper is the lowest
- we've found no fruit or veggies at breakfast (like apple, banana, tomatoes, etc.)
- there was prepared tea (luckily tasted not full of sugar) - offering filtered tea would be better, at least three types: black, fruit and green.
Maybe we had no luck and/or room 301 is the last one in the whole pension waiting for renovation...
If anybody is brave enough and choose this place:
- Telemix lift is in walking distance (1 min)
- Buly Express lift (evening skiing slopes) is about 15-20 mins on foot
- there are cafe, bistro, small ice rink, ticket office in 1-2 mins
- free parking
- extra warm heating
