overall - location is close to ski slopes; very tasty breakfast; available bar and quite good condition in rooms. On top - at Saturday evening hotel had mini concert for everyone (that was real fun)
1. Two weeks before someone called me and proposed to cancel booking and book instead cheaper directly via hotel with free pass to spa. This is not nice
2. When we arrived - room was prepared for 1 person, not for 2 and then I started double check booking and learnt that everywhere is written "max capacity 2", while room was only for one person. This is just warning to others to double check before booking

Wonderful
Very close to the slopes, excellent price value ratio, well-equipped bathroom. Personally I loved that the hotel doesn’t implement this nowadays standard neutral room design. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The soundproofing of the rooms is not the best and the dinner menu can be improved.

Excellent location, quiet, peaceful place. Cozy rooms. Great wellness facility. We liked the breakfast buffet, too. Staff was kind and helpful.
We booked 2 rooms, both with balcony, we receiced one without, but upon complaint, the problem was swiftly resolved. We'll definitely return.:)

The rooms are comfortable, the surrounding is beautiful, you can reach everything easily.
I missed the coffee-mashine from breakfast.
For the luxury feeling I wouldn't ask for extra-fee for the wellness

The staff were lovely, and the view from my room was beautiful with big windows overlooking the forest!
I ended up needing to go to the emergency medical treatment centre during my stay, and I missed breakfast, but the waitress put some food aside for me for when I returned which was very kind and much appreciated ?

I and of my friend were travelling with motorcycles across Slovakia, obviously in summer, and needed a place to spend a night after a a many km on the road. It was the perfect spot, just on the route, very clean, with a restaurant to provide basic but tasty food and a glass of beer. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean, modern nice bathroom. The fire in the reception and restaurant were really nice and welcoming.

Location
When we arrived we were informed the wellness is closed and no food or bar service that afternoon. Very disappointed by this as the hotel wasn’t the cheapest. They didn’t give is a prior warning and nowhere in the description is written this might be the case.
Also the drinks in the mini bar were out of date, some of them over 6 months !!!
