All good, nice place to stay with family or friends if you are skiing in Donovaly.
The only thing to note -- this is not really a "fault" but we were not aware -- is that rooms on the ground floor open from the outside, not from the hallway. So we had rooms next to each other for the family, which was great, but in order to go over to the other room you had to go outside (raining, cold etc.) So if this is an issue for you (e.g. with small kids) ask for rooms higher up.

Location Restaurant Kamzik nearby was really good Massage shower
Warm water ran out already after one short showering Cooking range was old so the cooking took very long time Most of TV channels were not available, TV Lux was the only Slovak channel which we could watch
