Perfect location, 2 minutes from the ski slope. Clean area, clean room, very nice and friendly stuff :) Also the SPA area including the pool are so clean. This was the 3rd time being there and still want to come back

Half board - the food was good (although dinner could use more fresh vegetables). The treehouse itself - great for a family of four with kids. Facilities are good. Some additional stuff like a fireplace with mulled wine in the evening.
Location of our treehouse. On one hand we had a decent'ish view on the other - too far away from the entrance to the slope with a long climb up the stairs, so "ski-to-door" sort of lost its meaning. Maybe some way to differentiate and know in advance what treehouse you will get and how far away from the slope it is would be nice.

The food was exceptional. Both breakfast and dinner options were different every day and always delicious. The spa was amazing. I found it really good that it was adults only after 8pm. We stayed in a tree house, it was really pretty with amazing views. The staff in the restaurant were always kind and spoke English well. I read a lot of reviews about the walls being slim and being able to hear everything that the neighbors do. I was afraid of this but we couldn’t hear anything from the treehouse next to ours.
The staff at the reception didn’t speak english well and were always impatient. After eating in the restaurant our clothes smelled extremely bad. It was really uncomfortable because the smell of food also stuck to other clothes. The doors were sliding in the tree house and they always got stuck so we couldn’t close them completely which was really uncomfortable because we traveled with a baby. Also we could only close the main door if we slammed it really hard (which next to a sleeping baby was not an option). We were also closed out of the house on the last day because the door wouldn’t open. It was really hot during the night, it went up to 25 degrees, all of hs woke up covered in sweat, even the baby. There was a thermostat in the room, which made us think that we could set the temperature but after speaking to the housekeeper, she informed us that only the receptionist can set the temperature. So we asked them to lower it but it was the same after this so i had to ask again, after which finally it wasn’t so warm.

Staff were really nice, breakfasts are rich and the facilities are great Location is strategic and close to many sites no longer than 1.5 hour drive
The drinks in the dinner weren’t included in the price, the room was a bit hot but once you open the balcony it’s ok

The area was nice to hang out
The reception was a bit unwelcoming, once they saw my ID they started gossipping and giggling at each other. The default rooms were super small. The new wellness area is nice, but all the saunas have huge glass walls and everybody from the hotel can see inside. Typically people in the sauna are naked, so I find this a strange decision. We had dinner included, but you have to pay extra for drinks - even tap water. The waiter was quite insistent that we order something.

Peaceful location close to ski slope. Generally tasty food. Adam on reception was very helpful and the young lady in the restaurant with glasses was friendly. Nice terrace to enjoy a drink and food from the al a carte menu.
The 60 steps up and down to the ski slope. Food a bit repetitive. Bed very very hard and not a lot of soundproofing between the two tree house units. Housekeeping inconsistent.

Great location near the slopes, good food, really nice staff, beautiful sauna
The double containers are very poorly sound insulated. You can almost hear every word from your neighbours, so definitely bring ear plugs
