A very nice and well-appointed hotel. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony overlooking the town. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bus stops were just outside the hotel so it was easy to get around town.

It is a good place to stay if you are travelling and need a place to stay. The room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was quite tasty and varied. The staff were friendly and helpful.
It is not in the centre, but it was a problem as we were continuing our journey the next morning.

The Hotel and the rooms are fairly clean and tidy, but unfortunately that is all about the positive things.
It was my mistake that I did not carefully check the Terms and Conditions before the booking, I have just relied on the photos I had seen on their advertising page (I think most of the people do it in this way and do not read all the details). Never mind, it was my failure. But on the photos I saw that there is a SPA; a wellness area with swimming pool and sauna, etc, but when I arrived and asked for these, it turned out that it is not free of charge for the guests, but we need to pay an extra fee for it, and we cannot use it, if somebody book a private session in it. The extra cost for usage of this wellness area was indicated somewhere on the page before the booking, but I did not read it carefully, based on the photos I just thought that anybody can use it freely as it is usually done in every other hotels. So it was very strange that I booked a hotel with SPA and I need to pay an extra fee to use it, OR, even if I am willing to pay for it, I cannot use it in case of somebody else booked a private session in it. If somebody booked a private session and we cannot use it, obviously it is not visible when booking the hotel room for your stay, so it is fully random if you can use it or not. Considering that I could not use the SPA, I tried to work, but the WIFI is very poor quality, most of the times (approx 98%) it was always disconnecting or the signal was very weak. If you want to have a dinner you cannot, even during the weekdays, because however the hotel has a restaurant, but it is closed every evening, and this is not indicated in the hotel's page, so it was a surprise for me. This hotel was very disappointing for me. :(

The staff is very professional, the hotel is very clean and comfortable, very close Devin castle and only 15 min drive to Bratislava centre. Breakfast is abundant, you can choose from a variety of food. SPA is small but very clean and comfortable.
When we searched the room on booking we selected an option with SPA, but when we came to the hotel, the receptionist told us that the SPA is separate and we had to reserve the spot in front. Fortunatelly, she managed to find us an one-hour spot with an extra payment fee. It would be great if it was mentioned in the Booking that SPA is optional for an additional price.
