Amazing staff, the receptionist (the girl) that checked us in was super polite. The location is great if you have a morning flight . Its only 3 min drive to the airport.

The staff is absolutely amazing! Ivan and Zuzka are my heroes.
It's very noisy from the streets and the windows don't isolate it well. It's hot, the aircon is loud and manual (no remote control), opening windows is not an option due to the noise. I had a problem with the lock and couldn't relax becasue of the complication. The breakfast is very poor, also the takaway. The staff was kind enough to prepare a lunch box but it was very dry too, they didn't even use butter mut margarine. It's better to go to the nearby shopping mall and grab just anything. The hotel and the breakfast are too expensive for this quality. The bus stop is 10-15 minutes of walk away.

Wonderful
I stay in this hotel most of the time I need to travel to Bratislava due to convenient location for me. It meets all my needs. The staff is always nice and helpful and the rooms are always clean.
Even though there was a kettle in the room, last time I stayed in the hotel I had no tea / coffee in the room which used to be available in the past. It slowly becomes pricier and there are other hotels (within reasonable distance) with higher standard for the same or even lower price.

It's good for one night stay only breakfast was ok.
double bed is super small it's for one and a half person, I jad to go ask for proper pillows, no tea or coffee in the room, rooms are small, payment extra for parking

The breakfast stuff is nice and polite.
The receptionist was trying to charge off 420 EUR more.
03/05/2025 we checked in the hotel. The room was pre-paid, so we needed to pay only city tax (6eur) on the spot. Also we took a parking spot, so the guy-receptionist, who was handling the check-in, said that we should pay 16 EUR in total. The payment was by credit card and at the first try, it was declined by my bank. I was surprised, why it got declined, but the guy simply asked us to re-try it once again. The second time it worked out. But when I had a look on the declined transaction, I saw the sum of 420 EUR that he was trying to charge off my card! When I came down to reception desk to ask him, he acted like he didn’t notice and said that he just typed the room number by accident. Even if this was by accident, what if the payment hasn’t been declined by the bank? And the money was charged off? I mean, even if a person, would notice that, it’s a refund transaction, that may take up to 5 business days to be credited back to the card it was charged off. But if it has been charged off and the person wouldn’t notice that, would you just keep silent about it? Bcs that’s how he acted at the first place - not saying “hey, sorry, I typed the wrong sum”, but just kept silence and pretend it would not be noticed.
So the situation is awful. The impression was completely ruined from the beginning. Keep an eye on the stuff that may be charging off money from the guests.
Besides that, the breakfast is very poor. In the room the flash in the bathroom was partially broken and the room itself wasn’t that clean (a lot of signs of old mud and dirt). Do not recommend

I found the breakfast to be excellent. The room and bed were comfortable.
I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was not very clean, and there was an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the toilet did not flush properly, which negatively affected my overall impression.

The bed was not comfortable
The air conditioning wasn’t satisfactory, and the room was very hot and stuffy; my bedroom window opened only to have the noise of the motorway so I couldn’t let any air into the room.
